基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的我國(guó)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著3G、4G技術(shù)的發(fā)展,無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日趨寬帶化,移動(dòng)終端朝智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化方向發(fā)展,終端應(yīng)用向多媒體化方向發(fā)展。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速發(fā)展,正在改變傳統(tǒng)出版形態(tài),所以這場(chǎng)技術(shù)變革使傳統(tǒng)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn),即面臨著向移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版的升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型。移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版為今后出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展開(kāi)辟了新方向,世界各國(guó)對(duì)此展開(kāi)的研究方興未艾。 我國(guó)的移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的階段,也是一個(gè)初期階段。在國(guó)外先進(jìn)的出版模式能否照搬?是移動(dòng)通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商來(lái)主導(dǎo)?還是由出版機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)主導(dǎo)?行業(yè)間不同的博弈結(jié)果將帶來(lái)不同的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略決策。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究尚處于起步階段,本文的撰寫(xiě)填補(bǔ)了對(duì)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析的空白。 本文創(chuàng)新的使用了博弈論基本理論的框架來(lái)研究分析我國(guó)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈主要成員的決策博弈關(guān)系和博弈均衡,并結(jié)合文章前半部分綜述的移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版定義、特征、國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出了我國(guó)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題;并在對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)成和主流的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式等分析的基礎(chǔ)上,合理的設(shè)置了假設(shè)條件并構(gòu)建了博弈模型,通過(guò)求解博弈模型均衡解得出結(jié)論,提出提高我國(guó)移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的新方案。 移動(dòng)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各方應(yīng)進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作,延伸和拓展數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,以提升產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值。在整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中分三步走,初期打造以移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商為主導(dǎo),內(nèi)容提供商配合的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式;中期打造移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商與內(nèi)容提供商共同合作的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式;后期打造以第三方平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ),內(nèi)容提供商獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。此方案為我國(guó)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)快速實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)提供了一條可探索的新的道路。
[Abstract]:With the development of 3G 4G technology, the wireless network is becoming more and more broadband, the mobile terminal is becoming intelligent and networked, and the terminal application is becoming multimedia. The rapid development of mobile Internet is changing the traditional publishing form, so the traditional publishing industry is facing a huge challenge, that is, the upgrading to mobile digital publishing. Mobile digital publishing has opened up a new direction for the development of publishing industry in the future, and the research on it is in the ascendant all over the world. China's mobile digital publishing industry is in a rapid development stage, is also an initial stage. Can the advanced publishing mode in foreign countries be copied? Mobile operators? Or is it the publisher? Different game results in different industries will lead to different market strategic decisions. At present, the research on mobile digital publishing industry at home and abroad is still in its infancy, and the writing of this paper fills the blank in the analysis of the structure of mobile digital publishing industry. This paper innovatively uses the framework of game theory to study and analyze the decision game relationship and game equilibrium of the main members of China's mobile digital publishing industry chain, and combines the definition and characteristics of mobile digital publishing summarized in the first half of the article. At home and abroad, this paper puts forward the practical problems in the development of China's mobile digital publishing industry chain, and on the basis of analyzing the composition of the industry chain and the main operating mode, it reasonably sets up the hypothetical conditions and constructs the game model. By solving the equilibrium solution of the game model, a new scheme to improve the international competitiveness of China's mobile digital publishing industry is proposed. All parties in the mobile digital publishing industry chain should compete and cooperate to extend and expand the digital publishing industry chain in order to enhance the industrial value. In the whole industry development process divided into three steps, the initial establishment of mobile operators as the leading, content providers to cooperate with the operation model, in the medium term to create mobile operators and content providers to cooperate with the operation model; Later to create a third-party platform as the basis, content providers independent operation model. This scheme provides a new way for China's publishing industry to quickly realize mobile strategy and upgrade its industrial structure.
