【摘要】：科技發(fā)展沖擊出版業(yè),導致出版教育也暴露出諸多問題:結構性就業(yè)矛盾凸顯,出版教育教學及教材失序,學生在企業(yè)實踐效果不佳,學科定位不明確。因此,推動出版教育緊跟行業(yè),產(chǎn)學研"三位一體"協(xié)同發(fā)展成為當今出版教育的首要問題。本文從三個方面提出產(chǎn)學研一體化路徑:提高教師出版職業(yè)教學能力,建立多元化出版人才培養(yǎng)機制,注重提升出版產(chǎn)學研教學的成果轉化率。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology impacts the publishing industry, which also exposes many problems: structural employment contradiction is prominent, publishing education and teaching materials are out of order, students' practice effect in enterprises is not good, and subject orientation is not clear. Therefore, to promote the publishing education to keep up with the industry, the "Trinity" development of industry, education and research has become the primary issue of publishing education. This paper puts forward the integration path of production, learning and research from three aspects: to improve teachers' teaching ability of publishing profession, to establish a diversified mechanism of training publishing talents, and to pay attention to promoting the transformation rate of teaching achievements in publishing industry, education and research.
