【摘要】：文章從網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的著作權(quán)民事侵權(quán)行為的概況出發(fā),詳細(xì)闡釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的著作權(quán)民事侵權(quán)行為的含義以及特點,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合實踐經(jīng)驗對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的著作權(quán)民事侵權(quán)行為在法律上存在的問題進行了總結(jié),并給出了如何改善這樣缺陷問題的策略,對于現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下保護著作權(quán)民事法律工作有著一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:Starting from the general situation of copyright tort under the network environment, the article explains the meaning and characteristics of the copyright civil tort in the network environment. On this basis, combined with practical experience, this paper summarizes the legal problems of copyright tort in the network environment, and gives the strategy of how to improve such defects. It has certain positive significance for the civil law work of copyright protection under the current network environment.
