【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)出版事業(yè)迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展時(shí)期。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),大力發(fā)展出版業(yè),具有提高國(guó)家文化"軟實(shí)力"和推動(dòng)文化"走出去"的重要意義。為推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展和繁榮,盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)"社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)"的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),我國(guó)先后出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)扶持政策。從資助力度之大、覆蓋面之廣、受助項(xiàng)目規(guī)格之高等方面來(lái)看,國(guó)家出版基金的影響力是最深遠(yuǎn)的。文章從公共政策的角度,考量國(guó)家出版基金對(duì)我國(guó)公益性出版、重大出版工程的扶持和引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's publishing industry ushered in a new period of development. In the new century, it is of great significance to vigorously develop the publishing industry to improve the "soft power" of the national culture and to promote the "going out" of the culture. In order to promote the development and prosperity of the socialist cultural cause and realize the strategic goal of "building a powerful country in socialist culture" as soon as possible, many supporting policies have been issued in China. The National Publishing Fund is the most influential in terms of its funding, coverage, and project specifications. From the perspective of public policy, this paper considers the role of the National Publishing Fund in supporting and leading public welfare publishing and major publishing projects in China.
