【摘要】： 巨大的退貨已經(jīng)成為制約我國圖書業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,退貨不僅造成庫存的積壓,占據(jù)企業(yè)流動資金,而且由退貨所造成的運(yùn)輸、存儲、包裝和印刷,既是對資源的浪費(fèi),又造成了對環(huán)境的污染。追蹤溯源,巨大的退貨來自于信息的不能有效共享,在正向的物流環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生的需求逐級放大的牛鞭效應(yīng)反映到逆向方面,就形成了大量的退貨。研究圖書物流,減少退貨,對于合理配置資源,提高圖書物流服務(wù)效率具有重要意義。 本文基于“973”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“信息處理和資源優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)研究”之課題“區(qū)域生態(tài)供應(yīng)鏈信息共享研究”。本文選取圖書供應(yīng)鏈作為研究對象,通過信息共享優(yōu)化流程,作為項(xiàng)目前期研究的一部分。 本文總結(jié)并歸納了國外對于圖書出版業(yè)物流的研究成果,選擇物流模擬仿真方法對圖書物流進(jìn)行研究。并在歸納總結(jié)物流仿真技術(shù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)作為建模方法。在模型建立后,通過模型適用性與一致性檢驗(yàn),證實(shí)模型的有效性。而后針對信息共享不充分這點(diǎn),對圖書物流中的退貨模式進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化并分析了優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 本文通過建立圖書物流系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,對現(xiàn)有流程進(jìn)行模擬和分析研究,為今后圖書物流的資源配置方案設(shè)計(jì)提供仿真平臺和決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The huge return has become the bottleneck restricting the development of the graphic book industry in our country. The return not only causes the backlog of stock and occupies the circulating capital of the enterprise, but also the transportation, storage, packaging and printing caused by the return, which is not only a waste of resources, but also a waste of resources. It also caused pollution to the environment. Tracing back to the source, huge returns come from the information can not be effectively shared, in the positive logistics segment of the demand gradually amplified bullwhip effect reflected to the reverse side, formed a large number of returns. It is of great significance to study the book logistics and reduce the return of goods for the rational allocation of resources and the improvement of the service efficiency of book logistics. This paper is based on "973" project "basic research on information processing and resource optimization", "Regional Ecological supply chain Information sharing Research". This paper selects the book supply chain as the research object and optimizes the flow of information sharing as part of the preliminary research. This paper summarizes and summarizes the research results of book publishing logistics abroad, and chooses the logistics simulation method to study the book logistics. On the basis of summarizing the research status of logistics simulation technology at home and abroad, the system dynamics is selected as the modeling method. After the establishment of the model, the validity of the model is verified by checking the applicability and consistency of the model. Then, aiming at the insufficient information sharing, this paper optimizes the return mode of book logistics and analyzes the optimization results. This paper establishes the dynamic model of book logistics system, simulates and analyzes the existing process, and provides a simulation platform and decision basis for the design of resource allocation scheme of book logistics in the future.
