【摘要】：旨在建立基于科技創(chuàng)新內(nèi)生機(jī)理及運(yùn)行機(jī)制(STIEM)的科學(xué)出版理論框架。 通過(guò)希臘哲學(xué)發(fā)展軌跡,希臘時(shí)期和文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期的4部經(jīng)典科學(xué)著作,認(rèn)識(shí)論發(fā)展軌跡,考察世界本原結(jié)構(gòu)、知識(shí)框架結(jié)構(gòu)、知識(shí)本原結(jié)構(gòu),建立科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)(PSSB)。 通過(guò)PSSB行為解析,構(gòu)建起科學(xué)研究能力體系(SRAS),以科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)邏輯逐層逐點(diǎn)爭(zhēng)取科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)(SP),提出科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)起點(diǎn)效應(yīng)(SSPESP)。在SSPESP驅(qū)動(dòng)下,SRAS基于PSSB,自主發(fā)起科學(xué)實(shí)踐行為,自主導(dǎo)構(gòu)SP,提出STIEM。 通過(guò)基于PSSB的STIEM計(jì)數(shù)語(yǔ)言、交流語(yǔ)言與記錄語(yǔ)言(CL-STIEM-PSSB, IL-STIEM-PSSB, NL-STIEM-PSSB)的聯(lián)構(gòu),建立基于PSSB的科技創(chuàng)新分類(lèi)模型(CM-STI-PSSB),實(shí)現(xiàn)基于PSSB的科技創(chuàng)新行為表征。通過(guò)基于PSSB的STIEM傳播語(yǔ)言(TL-STIEM-PSSB)組建基于STIEM的SP表征模型(SP-DM-STIEM)。通過(guò)面向科學(xué)創(chuàng)新的SRAS可視化模型(SARS-VM-STI)和面向科技創(chuàng)新的SRAS績(jī)效評(píng)估模型(SARS-PEM-STI),實(shí)現(xiàn)STIEM和SRAS可視化。通過(guò)NSFC機(jī)械學(xué)科SRAS的績(jī)效考察,證明STIEM和SRAS客觀(guān)存在。 認(rèn)為科學(xué)信息本體結(jié)構(gòu)(OSSI)是STIEM的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,提出其結(jié)構(gòu)劃分。研究科學(xué)信息生成模塊,通過(guò)引導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)及復(fù)合運(yùn)行機(jī)制,以及面向PSSB的科技創(chuàng)新篩選模型(SM-STIEM-PSSB),實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)變構(gòu)及創(chuàng)新數(shù)據(jù)篩選。 討論科學(xué)信息發(fā)布模塊功能及結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)科學(xué)期刊出版史和歷史上上3次大規(guī)模科學(xué)翻譯運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)證了科學(xué)信息發(fā)布機(jī)制客體存在,歸納出科學(xué)信息發(fā)布機(jī)制的兩種工作模式。 通過(guò)科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志載體模型構(gòu)形模板(CT-SPICM)和基于PSSB的STIEM科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)傳播語(yǔ)言(TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB),建立科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志載體模型(SPICM)。通過(guò)科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)標(biāo)志行為分層和科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)標(biāo)志行為空間(SDPIBS),建立科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)標(biāo)志載體模型(SDPICM)。通過(guò)科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志數(shù)據(jù)分形置位機(jī)制(M-FP-SPID)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志數(shù)據(jù)向SDPIBS拋射,構(gòu)建起科學(xué)信息標(biāo)志平臺(tái)(SIIP)。 通過(guò)基于OSSI的科學(xué)信息傳遞路徑模型(SITPM)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在尋找科學(xué)研究對(duì)象時(shí),存在科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)外溢通道(ASDS),可以形成科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)外溢現(xiàn)象(PSDS)。通過(guò)對(duì)于基于科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)外溢現(xiàn)象的國(guó)際貿(mào)易規(guī)則(ITR-PSDS)對(duì)于“中國(guó)制造”損害的考察,確認(rèn)PSDS的存在,證明OSSI對(duì)于SRAS運(yùn)行機(jī)制的不可動(dòng)搖性。 基于OSSI變構(gòu)路徑(TP-OSSI),通過(guò)基于PSSB的STIEM科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)傳播語(yǔ)言(TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB)和基于PSSB的STIEM科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)傳播語(yǔ)言(TL-SDP-STIEM-PSSB),在科學(xué)信息標(biāo)志載體(SIIC)上建立面向科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志的科學(xué)信息標(biāo)志體制(SIIS-SPI),證明科學(xué)出版是OSSI的工作體制。 通過(guò)希臘時(shí)期和文藝復(fù)興時(shí)期的4部經(jīng)典科學(xué)著作,實(shí)證了科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)標(biāo)志載體構(gòu)形模板的歷史存在；通過(guò)科學(xué)著作《機(jī)器人操作》和科學(xué)期刊《數(shù)字制造科學(xué)》,實(shí)證了科學(xué)著作構(gòu)形模板和正式論文構(gòu)形模板的現(xiàn)實(shí)存在,發(fā)現(xiàn)CT-SPIDM就是PSSD。 基于PSSB的STIEM科學(xué)優(yōu)先權(quán)快速標(biāo)志傳播語(yǔ)言(TL-SP-CI-STIEM-PSSB)分類(lèi),建立科學(xué)話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)快速標(biāo)志行為空間(SDP-CIBS),通過(guò)matlab.模擬出SDP-CIBS的4種形式。認(rèn)為科學(xué)期刊是SDP-CIBS的物理實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,通過(guò)matlab.模擬,找到了科學(xué)期刊的15種形式。通過(guò)《數(shù)字制造科學(xué)》創(chuàng)刊,實(shí)驗(yàn)了科學(xué)信息標(biāo)志載體目標(biāo)定位行為(PWB-SIIC)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。以《數(shù)字制造科學(xué)》傳播語(yǔ)言為核心,實(shí)驗(yàn)證了科學(xué)信息標(biāo)志載體發(fā)布作業(yè)行為(GSB-SIIC)方法。證明科學(xué)出版可以通過(guò)構(gòu)建CT-SPICM、TL-SP-STIEM-PSSB、SDP-CIBS得以工程化實(shí)現(xiàn)。 圍繞以上研究展開(kāi)科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),創(chuàng)辦了科學(xué)期刊《數(shù)字制造科學(xué)》、著作了科學(xué)著作《NSFC機(jī)械科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究20年》、編輯出版了科學(xué)著作《機(jī)器人操作》。((NSFC機(jī)械科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究20年》榮獲首屆湖北出版政府獎(jiǎng)、《機(jī)器人操作》榮獲第二屆湖北圖書(shū)獎(jiǎng),《數(shù)字制造科學(xué)》榮獲湖北省第五屆優(yōu)秀期刊獎(jiǎng),并進(jìn)入中國(guó)科技論文統(tǒng)計(jì)源。 建立基于STIEM的科學(xué)出版科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to establish a scientific publishing theory frame based on endogenous mechanism and operating mechanism ( STIEM ) of STI .


Through the development track of Greek philosophy , the four classical scientific works in the Greek period and the Renaissance period , the development track of epistemology is recognized , the structure of the world primitive structure , the knowledge frame structure and the knowledge primitive structure are examined , and the prototype structure of science exists ( PSSB ) .


In this paper , we construct a scientific research capacity system ( SRAS ) by analyzing the behavior of PSSB , and seek scientific priority ( SP ) by layer by layer by scientific discovery logic , and propose a scientific priority structure starting point effect ( SSPESP ) . Under the driving of SSPESP , the SRAS is based on PSSB , initiated the scientific practice behavior autonomously , from the main structure SP , put forward the STIEM .


Based on PSSB - based STIEM counting language , the structure of AC language and recording language ( CL - STIEM - PSSB , IL - STIEM - PSSB , NL - STIEM - PSSB ) was established .


It is believed that the scientific information ontology structure ( OSSI ) is the operating mechanism of STIEM , and its structure division is put forward . The scientific information generation module , the guidance structure and the compound operation mechanism , and the technology innovation screening model ( SM - STIEM - PSSB ) for PSSB are adopted to realize the data transformation of scientific structure and the screening of innovative data .


This paper discusses the function and structure of the scientific information publishing module . Through the publication history of the scientific journal and the three large - scale scientific translation movements in history , the object of the scientific information publishing mechanism is demonstrated , and the two working modes of the scientific information publishing mechanism are summarized .


The scientific priority mark carrier model ( SDPICM ) is established through the scientific priority mark carrier model configuration template ( CT - SPICM ) and the STIEM science priority propagation language ( TL - SP - STIEM - PSSB ) based on PSSB .


Based on the analysis of OSSI ' s scientific information transfer path model ( SITPM ) , it is found that there is a scientific discourse spillover channel ( PSDS ) when searching for scientific research objects . The existence of PSDS is confirmed by the international trade rules ( ITR - PSDS ) based on the overflow phenomenon of scientific discourse , and it is proved that OSSI is unshakeable to the operation mechanism of SRAS .


Based on the PSSB - based STIEM science priority propagation language ( TL - SP - STIEM - PSSB ) and the STIEM scientific discourse power propagation language ( TL - SDP - STIEM - PSSB ) based on PSSB , a scientific information marking system ( SIIS - SPI ) facing the scientific priority mark is established on the scientific information sign carrier ( SIIC ) , which proves that the scientific publishing is the working system of OSSIs .


Through the four classical scientific works in the period of Greek and Renaissance , the historical existence of the template of scientific priority marking carrier is demonstrated .
In this paper , the author has demonstrated that CT - SPIDM is the PSSD through the scientific work of the scientific works , the manipulation of robot and the scientific periodicals , and the realistic existence of the template of scientific literature and the template of formal paper configuration .


Based on PSSB ' s STIEM science priority fast flag propagation language ( TL - SP - CI - STIEM - PSSB ) classification , four forms of SDP - CIBS are established through matlab .


A scientific experiment was carried out around the above research . The scientific base of scientific journals was founded in 20 years , and the scientific work was published in 20 years .


The prototype structure of scientific publishing science based on STIEM was established .
