中美比較視角下中國大學出版社學術出版研究

【摘要】:我國大學出版社是全國出版業(yè)的重要組成部分,與業(yè)界一起經歷了市場大潮的洗禮和產業(yè)的變革。在后改制時代,大學出版社對市場的把握更為精準,經營策略更為靈活。就宏觀上的出版結構而言,除了傳統(tǒng)規(guī)定的學術出版任務,我國大學出版社在教育出版、大眾出版和少兒出版等領域均進行了有效拓展,部分大社、強社甚至延伸了產業(yè)鏈條,將經營范圍突破了出版產業(yè)的局限;就微觀層面的學術出版而言,我國多數大學出版社在繼續(xù)開發(fā)母體大學優(yōu)勢資源的基礎上,根據出版環(huán)境和特色資源進行了學術品牌的發(fā)掘,以多種形態(tài)的數字產品提升了學術出版走出去的影響力。但與此同時,我國大學出版社學術出版工作也面臨內外壓力大、低水平重復、同質化現象嚴重、走出去影響力弱等顯著問題。而同期的美國大學出版社則繼續(xù)堅守學術出版重任,雖然也面臨著國際學術出版商和財政收益的壓力,但其學術出版的內容品質,尤其是學術出版的國際影響力仍值得我國大學出版社學習。本文通過論述中美大學出版社在目標定位、圖書結構、學術出版規(guī)范、業(yè)務體系、走出去影響力、數字化策略等方面的差異,關照出中國大學出版社發(fā)展學術出版過程中存在的優(yōu)勢和不足,并針對性地提出了可資借鑒的思考與建議。
[Abstract]:University Press is an important part of the national publishing industry. It has experienced the baptism of the market and the transformation of the industry together with the industry. In the post-restructuring era, university publishing houses have a more accurate grasp of the market and more flexible management strategies. As far as the macro-publishing structure is concerned, in addition to the traditional academic publishing tasks, university publishing houses in China have effectively expanded in the fields of educational publishing, mass publishing and children's publishing. Some of the major co-operatives, strong co-operatives and even extended the industrial chain, As far as academic publishing at the micro level is concerned, most university publishing houses in our country continue to develop the advantage resources of parent universities on the basis of continuing to develop the advantage resources of parent universities. According to the publishing environment and characteristic resources, the author excavates the academic brand, and promotes the influence of academic publishing to go out with a variety of digital products. But at the same time, the academic publishing work of university publishing houses in our country also faces the obvious problems, such as great pressure inside and outside, low level repetition, serious homogenization phenomenon, weak influence of going out and so on. Meanwhile, the United States University Press continued to adhere to the important task of academic publishing. Although it also faces pressure from international academic publishers and financial revenue, the content of its academic publishing is of high quality. In particular, the international influence of academic publishing is still worth learning from university publishing houses in China. This paper discusses the differences between Chinese and American University Press in the aspects of target orientation, book structure, academic publishing standard, business system, going global influence, digitization strategy, etc. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages in the development of academic publishing of Chinese University Press, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for reference.
