數(shù)字時代教育出版企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型探究

【摘要】:隨著計算機(jī)的普及和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,人們生活中的很多領(lǐng)域和行業(yè)正面臨著一場由信息化革命而帶來的挑戰(zhàn)和新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。尤其是對于出版產(chǎn)業(yè)來講,傳統(tǒng)的出版形式面臨的挑戰(zhàn)更加嚴(yán)峻,在全新的出版形態(tài)----數(shù)字化出版面前,傳統(tǒng)的出版形式正接受著生與死的考驗。數(shù)字化出版既傳承了傳統(tǒng)出版的優(yōu)點,又結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)平臺,用信息技術(shù)去深度表現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)出版的內(nèi)容,使出版和閱讀都更加便捷。突破傳統(tǒng)出版,加快推進(jìn)數(shù)字化出版,已成為全球出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的必然選擇。 研究數(shù)字化出版,就不能不研究教育出版企業(yè)的數(shù)字化變革,因為我國教育出版的產(chǎn)值在整個出版產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值中所占的比例達(dá)到60%以上。雖然,大多數(shù)的教育出版企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始運用先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù),,在教育數(shù)字出版方面積極探索,勇于創(chuàng)新,部分出版企業(yè)還取得了一定成果,但整個教育出版企業(yè)要想實現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)出版到數(shù)字出版的華麗轉(zhuǎn)身,還需要解決相當(dāng)多的問題。既包括出版業(yè)自身意識、信息技術(shù)能力的提升等問題,又包括怎樣利用新技術(shù)更新傳統(tǒng)的閱讀學(xué)習(xí)平臺,改變閱讀觀念等問題,這其中還存在著新時代下產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展等一系列政策環(huán)境問題。 本文運用企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等理論,站在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的角度,通過文獻(xiàn)查閱法,定性與定量相結(jié)合,多學(xué)科綜合分析,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家優(yōu)秀的相關(guān)企業(yè)在數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中現(xiàn)狀、問題和趨勢等方面的研究,并通過對國內(nèi)教育數(shù)字出版企業(yè)-----中國教育出版網(wǎng)的運營,理論聯(lián)系實際的分析我國教育企業(yè)數(shù)字出版的現(xiàn)狀和問題,同時對教育出版企業(yè)在新的時代背景下的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型以及在新的戰(zhàn)略定位下的商業(yè)模式等企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動進(jìn)行探究分析。 在實踐層面上本論文針對教育出版企業(yè)在數(shù)字化出版轉(zhuǎn)型中所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和在發(fā)展過程中必須突破的瓶頸問題進(jìn)行剖析和研究,提出教育出版企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型過程中所需要注意的政策導(dǎo)向及實施路徑問題,并針對問題產(chǎn)生的原因提出了解決問題的對策。這對于面臨數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的教育類出版企業(yè),如何確定自己的數(shù)字化出版方向?怎樣解決出版平臺搭建中的技術(shù)壁壘?如何協(xié)調(diào)傳統(tǒng)出版與數(shù)字出版的過渡發(fā)展?快速提高企業(yè)的盈利能力,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展都有非常好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer and the rapid development of network information technology, many fields and industries of people's life are facing a challenge and a new development opportunity brought by the information revolution.Especially for the publishing industry, the traditional publishing form is facing more severe challenges. In the face of the new publishing form-digital publishing, the traditional publishing form is undergoing the test of life and death.Digital publishing not only inherits the advantages of traditional publishing, but also combines the platform of modern information technology. It uses information technology to express the content of traditional publishing in depth, which makes publishing and reading more convenient.Breaking through traditional publishing and speeding up digital publishing has become the inevitable choice of global publishing industry.If we study digital publishing, we must study the digital transformation of educational publishing enterprises, because the output value of educational publishing in our country accounts for more than 60% of the output value of the whole publishing industry.Although, most educational publishing enterprises have begun to use advanced information technology, actively explore and innovate in the field of educational digital publishing, and some publishing enterprises have also achieved certain results.But if the whole educational publishing enterprise wants to realize the ornate turn from traditional publishing to digital publishing, there are still many problems to be solved.It includes not only the problems of publishing industry's own consciousness, the promotion of information technology ability, but also how to use new technology to update the traditional reading learning platform and change the reading concept.There are also a series of policy environment problems such as industrial transformation and strategic development in the new era.Based on the theories of enterprise innovation and industrial development, this paper, from the angle of enterprise strategic management, combines qualitative and quantitative analysis with literature reference, and draws lessons from the status quo of the outstanding related enterprises in developed countries in the process of digitization.Through the operation of the domestic educational digital publishing enterprise-China Education Publishing Network, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the digital publishing of educational enterprises in our country by combining theory with practice.At the same time, it explores and analyzes the strategic transformation of educational publishing enterprises under the new background and the business model under the new strategic orientation.On the practical level, this paper analyzes and studies the challenges faced by educational publishing enterprises in the transformation of digital publishing and the bottleneck problems that must be broken through in the process of development.This paper puts forward the policy guidance and implementation path of educational publishing enterprises in the process of digital transformation, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.How to determine the direction of digital publishing for educational publishing enterprises facing digital transformation and development?How to solve the technical barriers in the construction of publishing platform?How to coordinate the development of traditional publishing and digital publishing?It is of great significance to improve the profitability of enterprises and realize their long-term sustainable development.
