【摘要】：以Web of Science收錄物理學(xué)科數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,分別收集1995年、2000年、2005年、2010年、2015年該學(xué)科的出版數(shù)據(jù),選取各年度被引前10%的論文作為研究對象,分析期間學(xué)術(shù)期刊刊載容量(能力)的變化、編輯出版發(fā)行方式的變化并統(tǒng)計計算上述數(shù)據(jù)的引用時滯。結(jié)果表明:引用時滯逐年下降,尤以2015年顯著,僅4.65%的文獻(xiàn)在發(fā)表當(dāng)年未被引用。而1995—2015年間該學(xué)科期刊的刊載容量(能力)并未顯著增加、刊均發(fā)文量在500篇左右,其引用時滯的縮短主要源于該學(xué)科70%的學(xué)術(shù)出版機(jī)構(gòu)在2010年之后推行論文直發(fā),待刊論文(Article in Press)單篇論文優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版或放寬開放獲取條件等改進(jìn)編輯出版發(fā)行的策略,從而減少論文的發(fā)表周期。
[Abstract]:The Web of Science included the physics data samples were collected in 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, the published data, selected each year before the 10% papers cited as the research object, analysis of academic journals published volume (capacity) changes, changes in the way of editing and publishing the data and statistical calculation the reference time delay. The results show that the reference delay significantly decreased year by year, especially in 2015, only 4.65% of those who are not published in the literature cited. While the 1995 - 2015 academic journals published in the volume (capacity) and did not significantly increase the amount of 500, issued a document published articles about the cited academic publishers delay shortened this is mainly due to the implementation of the subject 70% straight after 2010, unpublished paper (Article in Press) thesis priority of digital publishing or relaxing open access conditions in editing and publishing. Slightly, thus reducing the publication cycle of the paper.
