【摘要】：近年來,許多企業(yè)紛紛踏入IP運(yùn)營的行列。對于傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)來說,IP運(yùn)營也是重要的機(jī)遇和嘗試。文章在闡述IP運(yùn)營相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,對目前國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有出版企業(yè)的IP運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié)出當(dāng)下傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)的IP運(yùn)營模式主要包括版權(quán)銷售模式、書影聯(lián)動(dòng)模式、IP孵化+全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸模式、內(nèi)部+外部的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生態(tài)體系構(gòu)建模式,并針對傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)的IP運(yùn)營提出一些策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many enterprises have stepped into the ranks of IP operations.For the traditional publishing industry, IP operation is also an important opportunity and attempt.On the basis of expounding the related concepts of IP operation, this paper combs the current IP operation mode of domestic publishing enterprises, and concludes that the current IP operation mode of traditional publishing industry mainly includes copyright sales mode.The book film linkage mode includes the extension mode of IP incubating the whole industry chain and the construction mode of the ecological system of the industrial chain inside and outside, and puts forward some strategies for the IP operation of the traditional publishing industry.
