【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期的中國(guó)出版業(yè)是民營(yíng)出版業(yè)占主導(dǎo)地位的時(shí)期。這一時(shí)期,以商務(wù)印書館、中華書局等書局為代表的民營(yíng)新書出版商實(shí)行資本主義市場(chǎng)化資本運(yùn)作,規(guī)�；�(jīng)營(yíng),把中國(guó)的民營(yíng)出版業(yè)推向高潮。 在民國(guó)出版業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的大背景下,此階段濟(jì)南的民營(yíng)出版業(yè)也處于不斷發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。此階段的濟(jì)南不僅有外地的商務(wù)印書館、世界書局等全國(guó)大型出版機(jī)構(gòu)的分設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)在此落戶,更重要的還有以膠東人為主的當(dāng)?shù)刂R(shí)群體在濟(jì)南創(chuàng)辦的一系列民營(yíng)書店在此開枝散葉。這兩種民營(yíng)出版群體在民國(guó)不斷繁榮發(fā)展,最終在濟(jì)南形成了“五個(gè)大的書店,兩個(gè)營(yíng)壘對(duì)峙”①的繁榮局面。隨著抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的爆發(fā),出版業(yè)也像其他行業(yè)一樣遭受了嚴(yán)重摧殘。這一時(shí)期膠東書業(yè)各個(gè)書店都選擇了自己的生存方式,其中東方書社選擇了“走出去”戰(zhàn)略并取得成功,也把濟(jì)南本地出版業(yè)帶向全國(guó),具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文集中探討這期間濟(jì)南當(dāng)?shù)爻霭鏄I(yè)的發(fā)展群體。當(dāng)?shù)孛駹I(yíng)書店群體從膠東知識(shí)群體建立濟(jì)南教育圖書社開始,不斷發(fā)展膠東員工,重視人才的培養(yǎng)和管理,最終形成了以濟(jì)南教育圖書社、東方書社、北洋書社三足鼎立,十多個(gè)書店群體,一百多名膠東書業(yè)人員在濟(jì)南共同繁榮發(fā)展的膠東書業(yè)。本文將圍繞膠東書業(yè)的發(fā)展背景、本地集群狀態(tài)、“走出去”的書店以及對(duì)濟(jì)南出版業(yè)的影響等方面來分析膠東書業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 (1)膠東書業(yè)發(fā)展的背景。本文立足濟(jì)南當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)背景,簡(jiǎn)要闡述五四運(yùn)動(dòng)前后濟(jì)南出版業(yè)的新、舊書業(yè)發(fā)展變化,集中突出新書出版業(yè)有利發(fā)展契機(jī),為膠東書業(yè)群的建立和發(fā)展作好鋪墊。 (2)膠東書業(yè)的集群狀態(tài)。本文以濟(jì)南教育圖書社為例,研究膠東書業(yè)群的建立及其相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)又相互依存的錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜關(guān)系。 (3)抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期艱苦抉擇�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期是出版業(yè)遭受嚴(yán)重摧殘的時(shí)期。這一時(shí)期,雖然各個(gè)書店選擇了不同的生存方式,但是膠東書業(yè)各個(gè)書店都表現(xiàn)了高度的愛國(guó)熱情。東方書社作為膠東書業(yè)的一部分,在危機(jī)關(guān)頭實(shí)施了“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,把山東出版業(yè)推向全國(guó)并產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。 (4)膠東書社的演變和對(duì)出版業(yè)的影響。膠東書業(yè)在新中國(guó)成立后加入公私合營(yíng),完成歷史使命。它們作為出版業(yè)一個(gè)群體在濟(jì)南出版史上是一朵奇葩,無論是膠東書社及其經(jīng)營(yíng)的書商都對(duì)后來產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China , the Chinese publishing industry is the dominant period of the private publishing industry . During this period , the book publishers , such as the Commercial Press and the Chinese Calligraphy Bureau , carry out capitalist market - oriented capital operation and large - scale operation , and push China ' s private publishing industry to a climax .

In the background of the flourishing development of the publishing industry in the Republic of China , this stage Jinan ' s private publishing industry is also in a state of development . This stage Jinan not only has the field business printing house , the world book bureau and other national large - scale publishing agencies have been opened . The two kinds of private publishing groups have also suffered severe damage in Jinan . With the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan , the publishing industry has also suffered severe damage as other industries . The East Book Co . , Ltd . selected the " Go Out " strategy and succeed , and also has far - reaching significance to the local publishing industry of Jinan .

This paper focuses on the development of the local publishing industry in Jinan during this period .
