【摘要】：吉林出版集團(tuán)成立7年來,按照國家文化體制改革的總體要求和部署,確立了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、出版繁榮的五大戰(zhàn)略,圖書出版事業(yè)實現(xiàn)了快速增長。但隨著機制和體制的深化改革和創(chuàng)新,在向市場化轉(zhuǎn)軌的過程中也出現(xiàn)了許多新問題,其中最突出、也是對行業(yè)發(fā)展和行業(yè)形象影響最大的就是圖書的質(zhì)量問題。對圖書質(zhì)量控制的不到位,使得圖書差錯率上升,特別是還出現(xiàn)了一些政治方向和思想傾向問題。所以如何抓好過程控制中的“三審制”、提高圖書質(zhì)量就顯得更具有現(xiàn)實意義和長遠(yuǎn)意義。 圖書質(zhì)量是出版社的生命線,“三審制”是控制這條生命線的關(guān)鍵要素。出版社在圖書項目質(zhì)量過程控制中,由于文化產(chǎn)品的特殊性,物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和精神產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)界限不清,圖書質(zhì)量的構(gòu)成元素表現(xiàn)得十分復(fù)雜。本文以有效進(jìn)行圖書質(zhì)量過程控制研究為出發(fā)點,運用項目質(zhì)量管理理論,通過大量案例分析影響圖書質(zhì)量控制的因素,并把各種因素加以排序,努力去檢查那些影響圖書質(zhì)量的具有里程碑意義的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,在圖書質(zhì)量過程控制中加以分析、比對,找出影響質(zhì)量控制的原因并逐一提出解決方案,將項目質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范疇之內(nèi),以期達(dá)到不斷推出社會主義精神文明建設(shè)和物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)雙效俱佳的精品圖書,最終實現(xiàn)“三審制”對圖書質(zhì)量過程控制的有力保障和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 圖書質(zhì)量與其屬性關(guān)系密切。由于圖書具有精神和物質(zhì)的雙重性,圖書的精神產(chǎn)品屬性,又使其質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)出不同于普通物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的特性,所以對圖書質(zhì)量元素的識別顯得十分復(fù)雜。但是,只要我們明確精神產(chǎn)品的屬性為圖書產(chǎn)品的本質(zhì)屬性,并從這一思路去認(rèn)識圖書的質(zhì)量問題,就會得知內(nèi)容質(zhì)量主要表現(xiàn)為圖書內(nèi)容的思想性、科學(xué)性、原創(chuàng)性、學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范性等,編校質(zhì)量主要表現(xiàn)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范控制上面。內(nèi)容質(zhì)量影響人類生活,居于核心地位,是深層次的質(zhì)量;內(nèi)容質(zhì)量需要通過編校質(zhì)量得以實現(xiàn),在編校質(zhì)量控制過程中,正面的或負(fù)面的質(zhì)量影響可能同時被放大,具有一定的能動作用。 作者結(jié)合長期的編輯工作實踐所提出的“構(gòu)建以圖書質(zhì)量為核心價值觀的企業(yè)文化”的學(xué)術(shù)觀點,在吉林出版集團(tuán)青年編輯培訓(xùn)中多次講到并被普遍接受。這一思想對構(gòu)筑企業(yè)精神,樹立編輯嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)馁|(zhì)量文化意識,為品牌塑造和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新凝聚力量意義重大。價值觀決定思想,思想決定細(xì)節(jié),細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗。當(dāng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量成為企業(yè)文化的核心內(nèi)容時,質(zhì)量意識將成為質(zhì)量管理的自律行為,屆時,圖書品牌和企業(yè)形象的樹立將水到渠成。 轉(zhuǎn)企改制、資本運作、重塑市場主體、提高核心競爭力、壯大出版經(jīng)濟(jì)實力,是出版大發(fā)展與大繁榮的市場需要。這種需要無不與圖書質(zhì)量相關(guān),因此,抓好“三審制”過程控制,確保質(zhì)量,提高質(zhì)量,不僅是出版理論的永久性課題,更是吉林出版集團(tuán)出版事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的剛性原則。
[Abstract]:Jilin publishing group was founded in 7 years, in accordance with the deployment of national cultural system reform and the general requirements, established the five strategic economic growth, prosperity of the publication, the book publishing industry to achieve rapid growth. So how to grasp the process control in three trial system, improve the quality of books is more realistic and long-term significance.
The quality of books is the publisher of the lifeline, three trial system is the key factor to control the lifeline. In the book publishing project quality process control, due to the special nature of cultural products, quality performance limits of material and spiritual products are not clear, elements of the quality of books is very complex. In order to effectively carry on the books the quality of process control research as the starting point, the use of project quality management theory, through a large number of case analysis of factors of influencing the quality control, and the various factors are sorted, to check the has milepost sense key nodes of book quality, analyze, process control in the quality of books in comparison, to identify the causes of quality control and put forward the solutions to the project quality risk control in the standard range, in order to achieve the continuous introduction of socialist spiritual civilization construction In the end, the "three trial system" has achieved a strong guarantee and sustainable development of the quality process control of books.
The close relationship between the quality of books and their attributes. The author constructs the editor long proposed "to the quality of books as the core values of corporate culture" in the academic point of view, Jilin publishing group of young editors training repeatedly talked about and accepted. This idea to build the spirit of enterprise, establish a strict quality of editing cultural awareness for branding and product the innovation power of great significance. The values of decision thought, thought determines the details, the details determine success or failure. When the quality of the product has become the core of enterprise culture, quality consciousness will be self-discipline, the quality management of the library, establish a brand and corporate image will come.
Enterprise restructuring, capital operation, remodeling the main market, improve the core competitiveness, and publication of economic strength, is published in great development and prosperity of the market needs. This need with all quality related books, therefore, do a good job of "three examination" process control, ensure the quality, improve the quality, not only is the permanent subject of publishing theory the more rigid principles of Jilin Publishing Group publishing career development.
