地方高校學(xué)報“馬太效應(yīng)”及應(yīng)對策略

【摘要】:"馬太效應(yīng)"是一個社會心理概念,形象地描繪了在社會中普遍存在的優(yōu)勢積累效應(yīng)。人類的社會活動自覺或不自覺地受到馬太效應(yīng)的支配與控制。學(xué)術(shù)期刊最明顯的"馬太效應(yīng)"就是優(yōu)質(zhì)稿源向核心期刊及知名大學(xué)學(xué)報集中,學(xué)報的學(xué)術(shù)影響力也呈兩極分化態(tài)勢。高校自身科研水平、現(xiàn)行科研成果評價政策及學(xué)報自身不足等是導(dǎo)致地方高校學(xué)報"馬太效應(yīng)"的主要原因。文章最后提出了應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:"Matthew effect" is a social psychological concept, vividly depicts the prevalent in society advantage accumulation effect. Human social activities consciously or unconsciously dictated by the Matthew effect. The most obvious academic journal "Matthew effect" is high quality manuscripts to core journals and famous university journal, the influence of the journal also showed a trend of polarization. The level of their research, the main reason of current scientific research and evaluation of the policy itself is the result of lack of local university journal "Matthew effect". The paper finally puts forward some strategies.
