【摘要】：[目的 /意義]個人用戶是文檔共享平臺重要的分享來源,從用戶角度對專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)使用中的著作權(quán)保護(hù)意識進(jìn)行分析,可為平衡著作權(quán)保護(hù)與分享的矛盾提供建議。[方法/過程]通過問卷調(diào)研,獲取國內(nèi)309名高校教師和在讀研究生在使用百度文庫過程中的行為特點(diǎn)和使用專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)時的著作權(quán)意識,從著作權(quán)歸屬、是否付費(fèi)、文檔來源和著作權(quán)保護(hù)規(guī)則等幾個角度,分析個人用戶在使用文檔共享平臺過程中對專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)分享著作權(quán)的態(tài)度和看法。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]結(jié)果表明,樣本用戶上傳自有版權(quán)專業(yè)文獻(xiàn)的頻率是所有行為中最低的,但在自己的成果被上傳至共享平臺的問題上卻表現(xiàn)出較高的維權(quán)意識。用戶對上傳和下載兩種行為的看法存在較大差異,且認(rèn)為使用個人用戶分享的專業(yè)文獻(xiàn)存在更高的侵犯著作權(quán)可能性。有超過2/3的樣本用戶很少關(guān)注平臺的著作權(quán)保護(hù)規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] individual users are an important source of sharing for document sharing platforms. From the perspective of users, the awareness of copyright protection in the use of professional academic literature is analyzed. May provide suggestions for balancing the conflict between copyright protection and sharing. [methods / processes] through questionnaire research, To obtain 309 university teachers and graduate students in the process of using Baidu library behavior characteristics and the use of professional academic literature when the copyright awareness, from the ownership of copyright, whether to pay, From several perspectives, such as document sources and copyright protection rules, this paper analyzes the attitudes and views of individual users towards the sharing of copyright in professional academic documents in the process of using the document sharing platform. [results / conclusions] the results show that, The sample users upload their own copyrighted professional documents with the lowest frequency of any behavior, However, there is a high awareness of rights protection when one's own work is uploaded to a shared platform. There are great differences in users' views on uploading and downloading. It is considered that there is a higher possibility of copyright infringement using the professional literature shared by individual users. More than 2/3 sample users pay little attention to the copyright protection rules of the platform.
