【摘要】：正中國盲文出版社是目前我國唯一一家以出版盲文書刊、有聲讀物為主的國家級專業(yè)出版社,肩負(fù)著為全國1233萬盲人和低視力患者出版盲文圖書和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的重任。國家政務(wù)院于1953年決定成立中國盲人福利會,毛澤東主席派張文秋同志承擔(dān)了包括盲文出版業(yè)務(wù)在內(nèi)的盲人福利會等多項(xiàng)工作。張文秋同志擔(dān)任盲人福利會總干事,與黃乃同志一起開始創(chuàng)建新中國的盲人文化出版事業(yè)。同年7月,中央教育部盲啞教育處設(shè)立盲文編譯組,女盲人李玎悉心研制成功了的鉛印版盲文書刊,之后新中國的第一本盲文書《誰是最可愛的人》正式出版。1954年,毛澤東主席親自擬定了《盲文月刊》
[Abstract]:China Braille Publishing House is the only state-level professional publishing house in China, which mainly publishes Braille books and periodicals with audiobooks. Responsible for publishing Braille books and related products for 12.33 million blind and low vision patients nationwide. The State Administration Council decided on 1953 to set up the China Blind Welfare Association. Chairman Mao Zedong sent Comrade Zhang Wenqiu, who is the director-general of the Society for the Blind, to undertake a number of tasks, including the business of publishing in Braille. In July of the same year, the blind and dumb education department of the Central Ministry of Education set up a Braille compilation Group, and Li Ding, a blind woman, carefully developed a lead printed edition of Braille books and periodicals. Then the first Braille book of New China, who is the cutest Man, was officially published. In 1954, President Mao Zedong personally prepared the Braille monthly.
