【摘要】：高等教育"雙一流"建設(shè)中,一流學(xué)科建設(shè)的任務(wù)和路徑為高校學(xué)報(bào)在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展提出了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。"雙一流"建設(shè)內(nèi)容是高校學(xué)報(bào)發(fā)展的根本所在,"雙一流"評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使得高校學(xué)報(bào)功能定位獲得重新認(rèn)知。根據(jù)"雙一流"的建設(shè)路徑,高校學(xué)報(bào)應(yīng)該依托所在高校和學(xué)科,規(guī)劃好近期建設(shè)任務(wù)和中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展目標(biāo),發(fā)揮學(xué)報(bào)在學(xué)校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)、國(guó)際交流、文化傳承等方面的獨(dú)特作用,從源頭上推動(dòng)我國(guó)期刊質(zhì)量的提升,維護(hù)我國(guó)科技期刊的成果首發(fā)權(quán),掌握學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)主導(dǎo)權(quán),進(jìn)而提升我國(guó)在國(guó)際科技界的話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán),更好地提升科技創(chuàng)新能力和服務(wù)于廣大科技工作者。
[Abstract]:In the construction of "double first-class" higher education, The task and path of the construction of the first class discipline put forward new opportunities and challenges for the development of university journals in the new period. The content of "double first-class" construction is the fundamental part of the development of university journals, and the evaluation standard of "double first-class" makes the journals of colleges and universities.
