【摘要】： “農(nóng)家書屋”工程是社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工程,也是農(nóng)村公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的重要方面。2009年,農(nóng)家書屋被列為安徽省政府民生工程并寫入政府工作報(bào)告中。省政府投入了大量人力、物力、財(cái)力在全省范圍內(nèi)實(shí)施這項(xiàng)關(guān)系全省廣大農(nóng)民群眾切身利益的民生工程。三年過去了,安徽省農(nóng)家書屋發(fā)展?fàn)顩r如何?它是否發(fā)揮了自身應(yīng)有的作用?這是筆者關(guān)心的問題,也正是圍繞這些問題筆者進(jìn)行了該項(xiàng)研究。 本研究以梳理現(xiàn)狀、反思問題、提出對(duì)策為脈絡(luò),通過深入農(nóng)村基層進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,深入訪談等形式獲取大量關(guān)于我省農(nóng)家書屋發(fā)展的第一手資料,并在此基礎(chǔ)上綜合運(yùn)用出版學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、管理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)知識(shí),對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)家書屋作較為全面的考量。 本研究主包括以下幾個(gè)方面：第一、簡(jiǎn)要概述了農(nóng)家書屋的概念和產(chǎn)生背景以及當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)家書屋建設(shè)的大環(huán)境；第二、針對(duì)我省農(nóng)家書屋的現(xiàn)狀,從體制建設(shè)和內(nèi)容建設(shè)兩個(gè)方面做了較為全面的闡述和分析；第三、在對(duì)當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析我省農(nóng)家書屋發(fā)展中存在的問題；第四、結(jié)合理論知識(shí)并聯(lián)系實(shí)際調(diào)查資料進(jìn)行綜合論述,提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The "Nongjia Book House" project is a basic project in the construction of a new socialist countryside and an important aspect of the construction of a rural public cultural service system. In 2009, The Nongjia Book House is listed as a livelihood project of the Anhui Provincial Government and included in the government work report. The provincial government has invested a lot of manpower and material resources. Financial resources in the province to implement this relationship with the province's broad masses of farmers vital interests of the people's livelihood project. Three years have passed, Anhui Province, the status of the development of rural book houses how? Does it play its part? This is the author's concern, but also around these issues the author carried out the study. This research combs the present situation, rethinks the question, puts forward the countermeasure as the vein, through goes to the countryside grass roots carries on the questionnaire survey, the thorough interview and so on forms obtains the massive first-hand information about our province farmer's book house development, On this basis, comprehensive use of publishing, communication, management, sociology knowledge, Anhui Province for a more comprehensive consideration of the farmhouse. This research mainly includes the following aspects: first, briefly outlines the concept and background of the rural bookshop and the current situation of the construction of the rural bookshop in China; second, aiming at the present situation of the rural bookshop in our province, From the two aspects of institutional construction and content construction to do a more comprehensive elaboration and analysis; third, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation, analyze the existing problems in the development of rural book houses in our province; 4th, Combined with theoretical knowledge and actual investigation data, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
