【摘要】：正2014年6月至12月,國家版權(quán)局會(huì)同國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息辦公室、工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部聯(lián)合開展了"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項(xiàng)行動(dòng),這是四部門針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵權(quán)盜版的第10次亮劍。一、周密部署,全面深入推進(jìn)"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)2014年6月11日,國家版權(quán)局等四部門聯(lián)合下發(fā)通知,啟動(dòng)了"劍網(wǎng)2014"專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)。6月12日,國家版權(quán)局在京組織召開全國版權(quán)行政執(zhí)法監(jiān)管工作座談會(huì),對專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)員部署。本次專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)將保護(hù)數(shù)字版權(quán)、規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)載、支持依法維權(quán)、嚴(yán)懲侵權(quán)盜版作為重點(diǎn)任務(wù),確定了開展版權(quán)法制宣傳、進(jìn)行全面清理檢查、發(fā)動(dòng)群眾投訴舉報(bào)、建立快速處理機(jī)制、查處侵權(quán)盜版案件和完
[Abstract]:From June 2014 to December, the State copyright Administration, together with the State Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Public Security, jointly launched the "Jian net 2014" special operation. This is the tenth time that the four departments have lit up the sword against copyright infringement and piracy on the Internet. Carefully deployed, comprehensively and deeply promoted the "Jian net 2014" special action June 11th 2014, the National copyright Administration and other four departments jointly issued a notice to launch the "Jian net 2014" special action. June 12th, The State copyright Administration organized a national forum on copyright administrative law enforcement and supervision in Beijing to mobilize and deploy the special action, which will protect digital rights, standardize network reprinting, and support safeguarding rights in accordance with the law. Severe punishment of copyright infringement and piracy is a key task. It has decided to carry out copyright legal publicity, conduct a comprehensive clean-up and inspection, mobilize the masses to complain and report, establish a quick handling mechanism, and investigate and deal with piracy cases and cases.
