【摘要】：【目的】為了提高科技期刊編輯的工作積極性及效率,提出化解科技期刊編輯職業(yè)焦慮的對策。【方法】從科技期刊編輯工作的特點入手,運用系統(tǒng)分析法,通過對科技期刊編輯工作的主要流程進行分析,尋找可能產(chǎn)生編輯職業(yè)焦慮的原因�！窘Y(jié)果】科技期刊編輯職業(yè)焦慮源自兩方面:一是編輯日常工作焦慮;二是期刊競爭引起的焦慮。從心理學視角和人力資源視角分別提出了具體的應對措施:編輯要重視內(nèi)功修煉和進行自我調(diào)節(jié),以減輕自身的職業(yè)焦慮;管理組織部門要加強人力資源管理,消解編輯職業(yè)焦慮�！窘Y(jié)論】可以從內(nèi)在和外在兩方面降低科技期刊編輯的職業(yè)焦慮。
[Abstract]:[objective] in order to improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of the editors of sci-tech periodicals, the author puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the anxiety of editors of sci-tech periodicals. [methods] based on the characteristics of editing of sci-tech periodicals, a systematic analysis method is used. Through the analysis of the main process of editing of sci-tech periodicals, we find out the possible causes of editors' professional anxiety. [results] editorial anxiety of sci-tech periodicals originates from two aspects: one is the anxiety of editors' daily work; Second, the anxiety caused by periodical competition. From the perspective of psychology and human resources, the author puts forward specific measures: editors should pay attention to internal work training and self-regulation in order to reduce their own occupational anxiety; The management organization should strengthen the management of human resources and eliminate the editors' occupational anxiety. [conclusion] it can reduce the professional anxiety of sci-tech journal editors from both internal and external aspects.
