【摘要】：【目的】以醫(yī)學科技期刊為例,探討制定針對學科專業(yè)的科技期刊編輯準入標準的必要性,提出醫(yī)學期刊編輯的學科專業(yè)準入標準�！痉椒ā糠治霎斍翱萍计诳袩o針對學科專業(yè)的編輯準入標準的現(xiàn)狀,探討制定學科專業(yè)準入標準的必要性,提出醫(yī)學科技期刊編輯的學科專業(yè)準入標準,分析實施學科專業(yè)準入標準應處理好的關系�！窘Y(jié)果】當前非常有必要設立醫(yī)學科技期刊編輯的學科專業(yè)準入標準,提出體現(xiàn)醫(yī)學知識結(jié)構(gòu)要求、臨床實踐要求、科研素質(zhì)要求的醫(yī)學編輯學科專業(yè)準入條件,并設置具體的準入標準。【結(jié)論】醫(yī)學科技期刊應制定基于學科專業(yè)要求的編輯準入標準,以適應醫(yī)學科技創(chuàng)新的學科發(fā)展要求,并為優(yōu)化科技期刊人才結(jié)構(gòu)、促進期刊可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定堅實的人才基礎。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the necessity of establishing the entry criteria for the editors of scientific and technological journals, taking medical sci-tech journals as an example. This paper puts forward the subject and specialty admission standards for medical journal editors. [methods] analyzing the current situation that there is no scientific and technological periodical editor access standard for the subject and specialty, and discussing the necessity of establishing the subject and specialty admission standard. This paper puts forward the subject specialty admission standard of medical sci-tech periodical editors, and analyzes the relationship that should be dealt with in implementing the subject specialty admission standard. [results] it is very necessary to set up the subject specialty admission standard for medical sci-tech periodical editor at present. The requirements of medical knowledge structure, clinical practice and scientific research quality are put forward. [conclusion] in order to optimize the talent structure of sci-tech periodicals, the editorial admission standards based on the requirements of disciplines and specialties should be formulated to meet the requirements of the development of medical sci-tech innovations, and to optimize the talent structure of sci-tech periodicals. To promote the sustainable development of periodicals to lay a solid foundation for talent.
