【摘要】：正尹玉吉在其國(guó)家課題《中西方學(xué)術(shù)期刊出版機(jī)制比較研究》的結(jié)項(xiàng)報(bào)告中指出:對(duì)中西方學(xué)術(shù)期刊出版機(jī)制進(jìn)行比較研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者之間存在著巨大差別與共同規(guī)律。他山之石,可以攻玉。西方學(xué)術(shù)期刊出版機(jī)制對(duì)中國(guó)同行的啟示表現(xiàn)在11個(gè)方面。第一,關(guān)于學(xué)術(shù)期刊的屬性,中西方學(xué)術(shù)期刊出版機(jī)制的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)都證明,就整體而言學(xué)術(shù)期刊不是商品,因此,中國(guó)
[Abstract]:Zheng Yoon Yuji pointed out in his concluding report, "Comparative study on the Publishing Mechanism of Chinese and Western academic Journals", that a comparative study of the publishing mechanism of Chinese and western academic journals is carried out. It is found that there are great differences and common laws between the two. The author points out that the publishing mechanism of western academic journals can be used as an inspiration to Chinese counterparts in 11 aspects. First, the nature of academic journals. Both the theory and the reality of the publishing mechanism of academic journals in China and the West have proved that academic journals are not commodities on the whole.
