【摘要】：在國(guó)家出版基金的資助下,越來(lái)越多的優(yōu)秀作品問(wèn)世。各出版單位申報(bào)意愿明顯提高,但項(xiàng)目申報(bào)成功率卻并不理想。提高項(xiàng)目申報(bào)成功率,應(yīng)從明確基金鼓勵(lì)和支持的大方向、研究年度資助范圍和資助重點(diǎn)、符合中報(bào)條件和相關(guān)要求、科學(xué)填寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)書(shū)四個(gè)方面入手,充分有效地利用好國(guó)家出版基金這項(xiàng)有利政策,出版更多更好的優(yōu)秀公益性作品。
[Abstract]:With the aid of the National Publishing Fund, more and more excellent works are published. The willingness of the publishing units to declare is obviously improved, but the success rate of the project declaration is not ideal, and the success rate of the project declaration is improved. It is necessary to make clear the general direction of fund encouragement and support, to study the scope and key points of annual funding, to meet the requirements of the middle report and relevant requirements, and to fill out the project application scientifically. Make full and effective use of the favorable policy of the National Publishing Fund and publish more and better outstanding public welfare works.
