論中國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的文化策略

【摘要】:本文提出了中國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的文化策略,嘗試解決我國版權(quán)貿(mào)易入超嚴(yán)重這一問題。讓版權(quán)貿(mào)易的解決方案最終回歸到文化本身,用文化策略應(yīng)對(duì)文化產(chǎn)品所面對(duì)的困難,讓文化這個(gè)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心最終帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。 自從20世紀(jì)90年代以來,西方發(fā)達(dá)國家在版權(quán)貿(mào)易上取得了長足的進(jìn)步,為其國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來了可觀的收益。各國對(duì)版權(quán)貿(mào)易給予了前所未有的重視。也是從此時(shí)起,我國也開始關(guān)注版權(quán)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題。但相比西方發(fā)達(dá)國家版權(quán)貿(mào)易數(shù)量、質(zhì)量,我國版權(quán)貿(mào)易還存在著不小的差距。我國版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速,在黃金期平均每年以將近10%的速度增長,但其引進(jìn)輸出數(shù)量上的巨大不平衡、文化輻射范圍的有限性、輸出文化內(nèi)容種類的單一性已經(jīng)成為長期以來我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的突出特點(diǎn)。在這種情形下,選擇一種能有效提高我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方式,拉動(dòng)我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的增長已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 對(duì)于拉動(dòng)我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的增長,涉及到許多因素,大體包括政府層面、技術(shù)層面和文化層面這三個(gè)方面。版權(quán)貿(mào)易的本質(zhì)是一種文化輸出,是內(nèi)容本身所具有的文化吸引力,所以要獲得版權(quán)貿(mào)易輸出數(shù)量的增長,必須從根本抓起。從我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的文化策略這個(gè)戰(zhàn)略層面上來說,增強(qiáng)文化自覺、培養(yǎng)文化滲透力、促進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展文化品牌是其四個(gè)主要方面;而從內(nèi)容層面這一戰(zhàn)術(shù)層面上來說,提升文化內(nèi)涵與文化輻射力是其兩個(gè)主要方面。提升文化內(nèi)涵,更進(jìn)一步說是要提升文化經(jīng)典的現(xiàn)代適應(yīng)性和創(chuàng)造具有世界文化適應(yīng)性的作品;提升文化輻射力,更進(jìn)一步說是要提高圖書表現(xiàn)力和建立圖書文化品牌。在戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)的配合下,我國圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易才能更好地走向世界。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the cultural strategy of book copyright trade in China, and tries to solve the problem that the copyright trade in our country is more serious, so that the solution of copyright trade can finally return to the culture itself. Cultural strategies are used to deal with the difficulties faced by cultural products, so that culture, the core of knowledge economy, will eventually lead to the development of related industries. Since 1990s, western developed countries have made great progress in copyright trade. For the development of its national economy has brought considerable benefits. Countries have given unprecedented attention to copyright trade. It is also from this time. China has also begun to pay attention to the development of copyright trade industry, but compared with the western developed countries copyright trade quantity and quality, there is still a large gap between China's copyright trade and the rapid development of copyright trade. In the golden period, the average annual growth rate is nearly 10%, but its import and export amount of huge imbalance, the limited scope of cultural radiation. The singularity of exporting cultural content has become a prominent feature of the book copyright trade in China for a long time. In this case, choose a way that can effectively improve the competitiveness of book copyright trade in China. It is urgent to stimulate the growth of book copyright trade in China. To stimulate the growth of book copyright trade in China, there are many factors involved, including government level, technical level and cultural level. The nature of copyright trade is a kind of cultural output. It is the cultural attraction of the content itself, so in order to obtain the increase of the export quantity of copyright trade, we must start from the fundamental level, from the cultural strategy of the book copyright trade of our country. Enhancing cultural consciousness, cultivating cultural penetration, promoting cultural innovation and developing cultural brand are its four main aspects; From the content level of the tactical level, the promotion of cultural connotation and cultural radiation are its two main aspects. Furthermore, it is necessary to promote the modern adaptability of cultural classics and to create works with world cultural adaptability. In order to improve the expression of books and establish the brand of book culture, only with the cooperation of strategy and tactics, can the book copyright trade of our country go to the world better.
