【摘要】：本文以我國建國以后出版的環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書書目數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)其統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析、整理,梳理其出版脈絡(luò),分析其影響因素及發(fā)展特點(diǎn),得出其出版的一般規(guī)律,從而為現(xiàn)實(shí)的出版提供啟示,為環(huán)�？破帐聵I(yè)提供一種借鑒。 全文共分為5部分,第一章為緒論,分析了本文的研究對(duì)象、研究目的與意義等。論文主體內(nèi)容包括4章,第二章縱向梳理了我國環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書的出版歷程,分析了各階段的出版特點(diǎn)。第三章以2000年——2011年出版的環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書書目數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),從出版規(guī)模與格局、內(nèi)容、出版形式、讀者定位和功能等方面橫向分析了我國環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版的現(xiàn)狀與不足。第四章分析了國家政策、環(huán)境NGO、新媒體和公民環(huán)境意識(shí)對(duì)其出版的影響。最后一章從提升環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書的質(zhì)量、把握社會(huì)因素、加強(qiáng)營銷工作和重視引進(jìn)版環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書的質(zhì)量等幾個(gè)方面,提出了對(duì)環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版的建議與對(duì)策。 本文使用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、定量研究法、個(gè)案研究法、比較研究法等,將我國環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版分為4個(gè)階段,在此基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)探討了近12年來的環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版的不足之處。這4個(gè)階段的分界點(diǎn)分別是：1973年第一次環(huán)保會(huì)議的召開；1979年《中華人民共和國環(huán)境保護(hù)法(試行)》的頒布；1992年聯(lián)合國環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)的召開和2003年科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的提出。這幾個(gè)分界點(diǎn)分別使我國環(huán)保事業(yè)邁入了新的發(fā)展階段,極大地促進(jìn)了我國環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書的出版。 目前,對(duì)我國環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版的研究基本上處于尚未起步的狀態(tài),因而本文在寫作初期并未找到過多可供借鑒的研究成果。本文的研究結(jié)果建立在大量書目數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析基礎(chǔ)之上,由于主客觀原因所限,所得結(jié)論或許存在一定的局限,但在一定程度上填補(bǔ)了這一領(lǐng)域的研究空白,對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的環(huán)保類科普?qǐng)D書出版提供了一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the bibliographic data of environmental science books published after the founding of the people's Republic of China, through statistics, analysis, collation, sorting out its publishing context, analysis of its influencing factors and development characteristics. The general law of its publication is obtained, which provides inspiration for the publication of reality and a reference for the cause of environmental protection popularization of science. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which analyzes the research object, purpose and significance of this paper. The main content of the thesis includes four chapters. The second chapter analyzes the publishing history of environmental science books in China, and analyzes the publishing characteristics of each stage. The third chapter is based on the bibliographic data of environmental science books published from 2000 to 2011. From the aspects of publication scale and pattern, content, publishing form, reader orientation and function, this paper analyzes the present situation and deficiency of environmental protection popular science book publishing in China. Chapter 4th analyzes the national policy and environmental NGO. The impact of new media and citizen environmental awareness on its publication. The last chapter is to improve the quality of environmental science books and grasp the social factors. In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the publication of environmental protection popular science books from several aspects, such as strengthening the marketing work and paying attention to the quality of the environmental protection popular science books. This article uses the literature research method, the quantitative research method, the case study method, the comparison research method and so on, divides our country environmental protection class science popularization book publication into four stages. On the basis of this, the paper focuses on the shortcomings of the publication of environmental science books in the past 12 years. The demarcation points of these four stages are: the first environmental protection conference was held in 1973; The promulgation of the Environmental Protection Law of the people's Republic of China on 1979; The convening of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in 1992 and the proposal of the Scientific Outlook on Development on 2003 have brought the environmental protection cause of our country into a new stage of development. It has greatly promoted the publication of environmental protection popular science books in China. At present, the research on the publication of popular science books of environmental protection in China is basically in the state of not yet started. Therefore, this paper did not find too many research results to be used for reference at the beginning of writing. The research results of this paper are based on the statistics and analysis of a large number of bibliographic data, and are limited by subjective and objective reasons. The conclusions may have some limitations, but to some extent fill up the research blank in this field, and provide a certain reference for the publication of environmental protection popular science books.
