【摘要】：評價SF-36量表在測量中國期刊編輯人員健康中的信度和效度,為編輯人群選擇適宜的健康測量工具并進(jìn)行人群間的健康比較提供科學(xué)依據(jù).采用整群抽樣的方法抽隨機(jī)取全國200家期刊編輯部1 200名編輯人員進(jìn)行測試.結(jié)果表明:SF-36的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.905,生理、心理兩個子量表的總Cronbach'sα系數(shù)分別為0.846、0.888;8個維度的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)均大于0.77.兩個分半量表的Spearman-Brown分半信度為0.768;效度分析中,各維度分與所屬子量表分的相關(guān)系數(shù)均較大.因子分析提取出8個因子,累積貢獻(xiàn)率為66.38%;旋轉(zhuǎn)后各因子載荷與量表的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)基本吻合.因此,SF-36量表在測試中具有較好的信度和效度,適于評價編輯人群的健康狀況.
[Abstract]:To evaluate the reliability and validity of SF-36 scale in measuring the health of Chinese periodical editors. To provide scientific basis for editing population to select suitable health measurement tools and to compare the health among people. Random sampling of 200 Journals editorial boards in China by Cluster sampling. The results showed that the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of 1: SF-36 was 0.905. The total Cronbach's 偽 coefficients of physiological and psychological subscales were 0.846 and 0.888 respectively. The Cronbach's 偽 coefficients of the eight dimensions were all greater than 0.77.The Spearman-Brown split-half reliability of the two split-half scales was 0.768; In the validity analysis, the correlation coefficients between each dimension score and the sub-scale score were higher. Eight factors were extracted by factor analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 66.38%. Therefore, the SF-36 scale has good reliability and validity in the test, and is suitable for evaluating the health status of the editorial population.
