【摘要】：為對由生產(chǎn)工藝差異性而產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)品族進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品族優(yōu)化配置研究,以紀(jì)念臺(tái)鐘為例,基于主從對策的決策機(jī)制,對依賴于工藝多樣性的紀(jì)念臺(tái)鐘產(chǎn)品族配置問題的優(yōu)化主體與各種屬性進(jìn)行分析,得出紀(jì)念臺(tái)鐘產(chǎn)品族配置與對應(yīng)工藝配置存在主從關(guān)系的結(jié)論。提出了基于工藝的產(chǎn)品族配置雙層模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了上下層分別采用遺傳算法求解的層次遺傳算法。通過對紀(jì)念臺(tái)鐘產(chǎn)品族與工藝協(xié)同配置方案計(jì)算結(jié)果的分析,驗(yàn)證了模型與算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the optimal configuration of product family caused by the production process difference, taking the memory clock as an example, based on the decision-making mechanism of the master-slave strategy, the optimization subject and various attributes of the product family configuration problem of the memorial clock which depends on the process diversity are analyzed, and the conclusion that there is a relationship between the product family configuration of the memorial clock and the corresponding process configuration. A two-layer model of product family configuration based on process is proposed, and the hierarchical genetic algorithm is designed by genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified through the analysis of the calculation results of the cooperative configuration scheme of the product family and the process.
