【摘要】：目前,高端裝備制造業(yè)處于高競爭時(shí)代,中央政府關(guān)注與扶持這個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,使其成為供給側(cè)改革的一個(gè)重要組成部分,這也給高端裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)提供了無限的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。對(duì)于這類企業(yè)而言,主動(dòng)把握機(jī)會(huì),在競爭中積極推進(jìn)組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,盡早實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)核心能力提升就顯得非常迫切。作者從組織創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)核心能力涌現(xiàn)的促進(jìn)關(guān)系出發(fā),系統(tǒng)分析了企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)核心能力涌現(xiàn)的內(nèi)涵、條件及過程;組織創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)企業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)核心能力涌現(xiàn)的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn);并運(yùn)用一個(gè)模擬工具集軟件對(duì)涌現(xiàn)進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),得出在競爭環(huán)境下,企業(yè)組織創(chuàng)新對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)核心能力涌現(xiàn)的影響,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的分析。
[Abstract]:At present, the high-end equipment manufacturing industry is in the era of high competition, the central government pays attention to and supports the development of this industry, making it an important part of supply-side reform, which also provides unlimited development opportunities for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. For this kind of enterprises, it is very urgent to take the initiative to seize the opportunity, actively promote the organizational structure change, knowledge innovation, and realize the improvement of the dynamic core competence of the enterprise as soon as possible. Starting from the relationship between organizational innovation and the emergence of dynamic core competence of enterprises, the author systematically analyzes the connotation, conditions and process of the emergence of dynamic core competence of enterprises, and the classification criteria of promoting the emergence of dynamic core competence of enterprises by organizational innovation. A simulation experiment of emergence is carried out by using a simulation toolset software, and the influence of enterprise organizational innovation on the emergence of dynamic core competence in competitive environment is obtained, and the simulation results are analyzed in detail.
