W(中國)公司服務部內部供應鏈一體化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of business and competition environment, it is very important for W company service department to improve the original long delivery time and relatively inflexible supply response mechanism, to establish a reliable and effective cooperation process of internal supply chain, and to optimize it constantly. This paper first analyzes that the service department of W company must consider optimizing its own procurement, maintenance, warehousing and logistics management from the point of view of the feasibility of its ability, so as to improve the customer satisfaction with the service department of W company. Then, on the basis of studying the theory of supply chain integration and supply chain optimization, this paper studies the theory of supply chain integration and supply chain optimization. The main influencing factors of insufficient management level and low efficiency in the internal supply chain of W company service department are as follows: poor information sharing, business process design and headquarters strategic decision-making. The improvement methods of information and communication, planning control, maintenance ability, warehousing management and customs clearance are put forward. Through the implementation of the optimization scheme, the service department of W Company improves the accuracy of spare parts demand forecasting, shortens the procurement cycle, improves the maintenance efficiency and maintenance response speed, optimizes the warehousing layout and logistics process, effectively reduces the dull inventory and inventory cost of spare parts, and achieves the goal of ensuring the supply of spare parts, reducing the total operating costs and improving the level of customer service satisfaction. And prepare for the development of W company service department to a higher level of supply chain integration strategy. According to this paper, in order to optimize the internal supply chain system of the enterprise, we must combine the industry characteristics of the enterprise and the existing resources within the enterprise, through the optimization of the organization, the internal information sharing, the reduction of inventory level and logistics cost, so as to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise and ensure the level of customer service satisfaction, so as to improve the overall promotion of the supply chain management and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The above internal supply chain optimization scheme can be converted into inventory turnover rate, transportation punctuality, customer satisfaction, market share and other comparable data from a specific and measurable point of view, so that the optimization results of enterprises can be quantitatively reflected. At the same time, this paper also has certain reference significance for the same type of company in the financial equipment service industry.
