【摘要】：利用2006—2013年制造業(yè)行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)研究研發(fā)人員全時當(dāng)量、研發(fā)經(jīng)費支出、外商投資、其他技術(shù)活動經(jīng)費等因素對制造業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力的影響�；谥圃鞓I(yè)整體研究表明:研發(fā)投入對不同科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出成果影響不同;外商投資對制造業(yè)整體科技創(chuàng)新能力的影響無法確定;中國制造業(yè)技術(shù)消化吸收能力亟待加強�；诓煌愋椭圃鞓I(yè)研究表明:其他技術(shù)活動經(jīng)費支出對勞動密集型制造業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力有負(fù)影響,而對技術(shù)密集型制造業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力影響無法確定;外商投資對資本密集型制造業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力有正影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2013, the effects of R & D personnel full-time equivalent, R & D expenditure, foreign investment and other technological activities on the scientific and technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry are studied. Based on the overall research of manufacturing industry, it is shown that R & D input has different effects on the output of different scientific and technological innovation, the influence of foreign investment on the overall scientific and technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry can not be determined, and the technological digestion and absorption capacity of manufacturing industry in China needs to be strengthened urgently. Based on the research of different types of manufacturing industry, it is shown that the expenditure of other technological activities has a negative impact on the scientific and technological innovation ability of labor-intensive manufacturing industry, but the impact on the scientific and technological innovation ability of technology-intensive manufacturing industry can not be determined. Foreign investment has a positive impact on the scientific and technological innovation ability of capital-intensive manufacturing industry.
