Remanufacturing conforms to the principle of "reduce, resource and reuse" of circular economy and the requirement of sustainable development, and it is a unique branch of modern manufacturing industry. NC machine tool remanufacture as a kind of building industrial equipment "working mother machine" manufacture, belongs to the resource saving and the environmental protection type advanced manufacture, the green manufacture. It mainly through the integration of digital control and automation technology, electronic information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, re-manufacturing feasibility assessment, classification, disassembly and re-design, manufacturing, A series of systematic work, such as assembly, can realize the repair of the parts of the body and the improvement of the performance of the whole machine, so that the machine tool can reach or even exceed the factory standard of the new machine tool, and the functions of the new machine tool are richer in many aspects than the original new machine tool. Better performance. Based on the above background, on the basis of combing the relevant theories, this plan first analyzes the environment of NC machine tool remanufacturing, mainly using PEST theory to analyze the macro environment of NC machine tool remanufacturing project. The industry environment of NC machine tool remanufacturing project is analyzed by comparative analysis method, and the competitive environment of NC machine tool remanufacturing project is analyzed by using five-force model, and the development prospect of NC machine tool remanufacturing project is judged. Finally, the author draws a conclusion on the NC machine tool remanufacturing project of Spark Machine tool Company, and makes a prospect for its future development. Through this business plan, on the one hand, it explains the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the project, and further standardizes its operation, on the other hand, it strengthens the investor's confidence in the project and strives for a strong financial guarantee for the project. Finally, the project can be carried out smoothly and achieve the expected benefits.
