生物質(zhì)燃?xì)饧泄忭?xiàng)目可行性研究

【摘要】:生物質(zhì)能源屬于新能源和可再生能源,也是一種清潔能源,生物質(zhì)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展可降低對(duì)石油、天然氣和煤炭等傳統(tǒng)能源的依賴,在全球環(huán)境保護(hù)呼聲日益高漲、不可再生能源終將耗盡的擔(dān)憂不斷增加的大背景下,發(fā)展生物質(zhì)燃?xì)忭?xiàng)目無疑具有重要的意義。生物質(zhì)直接燃燒是人類生物能源最原始、最傳統(tǒng)的利用方式,早期的直接燃燒方式能源利用效率極低且污染嚴(yán)重,后來將氣化燃燒新技術(shù)應(yīng)用于生物質(zhì)燃料,生物質(zhì)氣化是生物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化過程最新的技術(shù)之一,其特點(diǎn)是能源利用效率高、環(huán)境友好,適用范圍廣、成本低,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)工業(yè)化和大規(guī)模運(yùn)用,生物質(zhì)氣化代表了人類生物能源利用進(jìn)入新的時(shí)代?尚行匝芯渴琼(xiàng)目投資前期的重要工作,是項(xiàng)目單位對(duì)投資進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策的重要依據(jù),也是項(xiàng)目單位商務(wù)談判的依據(jù)。項(xiàng)目可行性研究包括技術(shù)可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究。本文通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)分析、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益等方面的分析研究,對(duì)M公司生物質(zhì)燃?xì)饧泄忭?xiàng)目可行性進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的論證,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。本研究對(duì)各生物質(zhì)燃?xì)饧泄獾漠a(chǎn)業(yè)化研究具有借鑒意義,其結(jié)果對(duì)于決策者的決定至關(guān)重要。M公司擬對(duì)生物質(zhì)燃?xì)饧泄忭?xiàng)目進(jìn)行立項(xiàng),為此,按項(xiàng)目可行性研究的要求,從市場(chǎng)需求、建設(shè)條件、投資估算、融資方案、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益等方面進(jìn)行分析和論證。結(jié)果表明,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施達(dá)產(chǎn)后,可實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)生物質(zhì)燃?xì)?9008萬立方米的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、年銷售額達(dá)15130萬元、上繳稅金(所得稅、營(yíng)業(yè)稅金及附加)1770萬元。本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施不僅可促進(jìn)我生物質(zhì)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展、帶動(dòng)我國(guó)生物質(zhì)能源技術(shù)進(jìn)步,而且將會(huì)通過人才流動(dòng)和技術(shù)交流為本地區(qū)乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來良好的外部效益。結(jié)果表明項(xiàng)目實(shí)施具有積極的示范意義、良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Biomass energy is a new and renewable energy, and it is also a clean energy. The development of biomass energy industry can reduce the dependence on traditional energy sources such as oil, natural gas and coal, and there is a growing demand for global environmental protection. Under the background of increasing fears that non-renewable energy will be exhausted, the development of biomass gas projects is undoubtedly of great significance. Biomass direct combustion is the most primitive and traditional way of utilization of human bioenergy. The energy utilization efficiency of the early direct combustion mode is very low and the pollution is serious. Later, the gasification combustion technology was applied to biomass fuel. Biomass gasification is one of the latest technologies in biomass conversion process. It is characterized by high energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, wide application range, low cost, and can achieve industrialization and large-scale application. Biomass gasification represents a new era of human bioenergy utilization. Feasibility study is an important work in the early stage of project investment, is an important basis for scientific decision-making of investment by project units, and is also the basis of business negotiation for project units. The project feasibility study includes technical feasibility and economic feasibility study. In this paper, the feasibility of the biomass gas centralized gas supply project in M Company has been scientifically demonstrated by analyzing the market of the project products, the construction conditions of the project, the economic and social benefits, and so on. Evaluate the economic and social benefits of the project. The results of this study are very important for the decision of decision-makers. M Company intends to set up a project for centralized gas supply of biomass gas, so it is very important for the decision-makers to establish a project for centralized gas supply of biomass gas. According to the requirements of the feasibility study of the project, the analysis and demonstration are made from the aspects of market demand, construction conditions, investment estimation, financing scheme, economic and social benefits, etc. The results show that after the project is implemented, the production scale of 190.08 million cubic meters of material gas can be achieved, the annual sales amount is 151.3 million yuan, and the tax (income tax, business tax and additional) is 17.7 million yuan. The implementation of this project will not only promote the development of biomass energy industry and promote the progress of biomass energy technology in China, but also bring good external benefits to the regional and even the whole socio-economic development through the flow of talents and the exchange of technology. The results show that the implementation of the project has positive demonstration significance, good economic and social benefits.
