【摘要】：最近幾年鋼鐵價(jià)格持續(xù)低迷、市場(chǎng)疲軟,鋼鐵冶金行業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。在這種形勢(shì)下,鋼鐵企業(yè)想要生存發(fā)展,就必須想盡辦法降本增效,提高設(shè)備綜合效率。而TPM已被證明是一種行之有效的提高設(shè)備管理水平的辦法。本文介紹了TPM的發(fā)展歷史,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用TPM最新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)結(jié)合TG公司線(xiàn)棒材廠(chǎng)軋鋼生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀,分析此種設(shè)備管理模式存在的問(wèn)題,筆者提出了在TG軋鋼生產(chǎn)中推行TPM的設(shè)計(jì)方案,介紹了推行TPM的十一大步驟,并且針對(duì)現(xiàn)行管理制度存在的問(wèn)題,詳述了推行過(guò)程需要特別注意的幾個(gè)事項(xiàng)。通過(guò)TPM推進(jìn)方案在TG線(xiàn)棒材廠(chǎng)的實(shí)施以及對(duì)效果的評(píng)估,探究了如何在軋鋼生產(chǎn)中真正實(shí)施TPM,提高設(shè)備綜合效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, steel prices continue to be low, the market is weak, iron and steel metallurgical industry situation is grim. In this situation, if iron and steel enterprises want to survive and develop, they must try their best to reduce the cost and increase efficiency and improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment. And TPM has been proved to be an effective way to improve the level of equipment management. This paper introduces the development history of TPM and the latest development trend of TPM application at home and abroad. According to the current situation of steel rolling equipment management in TG Steel Bar Plant, this paper analyzes the existing problems of this equipment management mode, and puts forward the design scheme of carrying out TPM in TG rolling production, and introduces the eleven steps to implement TPM. And in view of the problems existing in the current management system, some matters needing special attention in the process of implementation are described in detail. Through the implementation of TPM propulsive scheme in TG bar mill and the evaluation of its effect, this paper probes into how to implement TPM, to improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment in rolling production.
