【摘要】：重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)如何發(fā)展工業(yè),是當(dāng)前亟需探索的問題。本文分析了重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)的工業(yè)選擇依據(jù),并以湖南重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)之一的懷化市為例,運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)該地區(qū)工業(yè)進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。研究認(rèn)為,在重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)開展工業(yè)選擇應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持環(huán)境友好、比較優(yōu)勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的準(zhǔn)則,應(yīng)該將具備這些準(zhǔn)則特征的特色優(yōu)勢(shì)工業(yè)作為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)培育和發(fā)展。懷化市的木材加工和木、竹、藤、棕、草制品業(yè)、農(nóng)副食品加工業(yè)、電力、熱力、燃?xì)饧八a(chǎn)和供應(yīng)業(yè)、醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)、廢棄資源綜合利用業(yè)、飲料制造業(yè)等6個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),是符合重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要求的特色優(yōu)勢(shì)工業(yè)。
[Abstract]:How to develop industry in the key ecological function area is an urgent problem to be explored at present. This paper analyzes the basis of industrial selection of key ecological functional areas, and takes Huaihua City, one of the key ecological functional areas of Hunan Province, as an example, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the industry of this area by means of factor analysis. It is suggested that the environmental friendly, comparative advantage, market-oriented and industry-related criteria should be adhered to in the development of industrial selection in the key ecological functional areas, and the dominant industries with the characteristics of these criteria should be cultivated and developed as the leading industries. Huaihua City wood processing and wood, bamboo, rattan, brown, grass products industry, agricultural non-staple food processing industry, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, waste resources comprehensive utilization industry, beverage manufacturing industry, etc. Is in line with the key ecological functional areas of the industrial development requirements of the characteristic advantage industry.
