【摘要】：雖然日本對海外原油高度依賴,但在近30年的油價波動中并未顯現(xiàn)嚴重的經(jīng)濟震蕩。針對該現(xiàn)象,通過對日本GDP、國民經(jīng)濟核算支出法五部門以及特色行業(yè)的三層次遞進分析嘗試進行經(jīng)濟學(xué)解釋,發(fā)現(xiàn):1985年之前,日本經(jīng)濟尚符合油價上漲時GDP下降的典型特征;1986—2010年,油價上漲未給消費部門帶來顯著效應(yīng),卻給投資以及出口部門帶來正效應(yīng),由于消費部門的GDP占比下降,投資與出口部門的占比上升,最終造成GDP未發(fā)生明顯震蕩的結(jié)果。深入至汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),油價上漲后日本的汽車出口顯著增加,這是導(dǎo)致出口部門正效應(yīng)的一個重要來源。合理的經(jīng)濟增長結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)品的低能耗特點是日本經(jīng)濟抵御油價沖擊的重要支撐,而深層次原因在于日本能源供應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與充足的原油儲備。
[Abstract]:Although Japan is highly dependent on overseas crude oil, it has not shown a serious economic shock in the past 30 years of oil price volatility. In view of this phenomenon, through the three-level progressive analysis of the five sectors of the Japanese GDP, National Accounting Expenditure Law and the characteristic industries, it is found that: before 1985, Japan's economy is still in line with the typical characteristics of the decline in GDP when oil prices rise; In 1986-2010, the rise in oil prices did not have a significant effect on the consumer sector, but on the investment and export sectors. As the share of GDP in the consumer sector declined, the share of the investment and export sectors rose. The result was that there was no obvious oscillation in GDP. Deep into the auto industry, Japan's auto exports have increased significantly after higher oil prices, an important source of positive effects in the export sector. Reasonable economic growth structure and low energy consumption of products are the important support for Japanese economy to resist the impact of oil price, and the deep reason lies in the optimization of Japan's energy supply structure and abundant crude oil reserves.
