JH茶業(yè)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,市場經(jīng)濟參與者的身份也越來越多樣化。經(jīng)濟越發(fā)展,市場越開放,市場主體越多樣化,則市場參與者所面臨的外部環(huán)境就越復(fù)雜。在此背景下,企業(yè)如何識別外部環(huán)境中的機會和威脅,如何分辨內(nèi)部環(huán)境中的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并在分析的基礎(chǔ)上選擇正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略就顯得非常必要。國內(nèi)外不同管理學(xué)者從不同的維度對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進了多種研究,研究成果已相當豐富并逐步整合成相對完整的分析框架和分析理論。本文以筆者實際接觸并持續(xù)關(guān)注的一家花茶加工銷售企業(yè)為例,介紹了筆者在企業(yè)管理實踐中嘗試使用發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究理論對具體行業(yè)的具體企業(yè)進行的針對性分析。筆者首先對JH茶業(yè)公司發(fā)展的基本情況進行了介紹,為案例分析提供了背景;然后,分別從JH茶業(yè)公司擁有的內(nèi)部條件和面臨的外部環(huán)境兩個角度對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境進行了整體論述;再次,在綜合分析企業(yè)面臨內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運用SWOT模型、IE模型、QSPM模型等多種戰(zhàn)略分析工具,制定并確認企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,指出適應(yīng)JH茶業(yè)公司目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的戰(zhàn)略為縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略;最后,針對戰(zhàn)略實施過程中可能碰到的問題,從公司組織架構(gòu)調(diào)整、人力資源配置、財務(wù)資金支持和品牌形象提升四個方面對JH茶業(yè)公司縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略實施的關(guān)鍵步驟和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進行了詳細設(shè)計,從操作層面保障了縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略在JH茶業(yè)公司的順利實施。同時,筆者對案例企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定和實施經(jīng)驗進行了總結(jié)歸納,為類似的地方優(yōu)勢農(nóng)產(chǎn)品深加工企業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the identity of market economy participants is becoming more and more diversified. The more the economy develops, the more open the market is, and the more diversified the main body of the market is, the more complicated the external environment will be for the market participants. In this context, how to identify opportunities and threats in the external environment, how to distinguish the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, and on the basis of analysis, it is very necessary to choose the right development strategy. Different management scholars at home and abroad have made a variety of studies on enterprise development strategy from different dimensions. The research results have been quite rich and gradually integrated into a relatively complete analysis framework and analysis theory. Taking a flower tea processing and selling enterprise that the author actually contacts and continues to pay attention to as an example, this paper introduces the author's attempt to use the development strategy research theory to analyze the specific enterprises in specific industries in the practice of enterprise management. The author first introduces the basic situation of the development of JH Tea Company, which provides the background for the case analysis. Then, from the JH tea company owned internal conditions and facing the external environment of the enterprise from the two angles of the overall discussion of the business environment; Thirdly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise is formulated and confirmed by using various strategic analysis tools such as SWOT model, IE model, QSPM model and so on. It is pointed out that the strategy to adapt to the current development situation of JH Tea Company is vertical integration strategy. Finally, in view of the problems that may be encountered in the process of implementing the strategy, we should adjust the organizational structure of the company and the allocation of human resources. Financial fund support and brand image promotion four aspects of the JH Tea Company vertical integration strategy implementation of the key steps and key links are designed in detail, from the operational level to ensure the smooth implementation of vertical integration strategy in JH tea company. At the same time, the author summarizes the experience of enterprise strategy formulation and implementation, which provides reference and reference for the development of similar local preponderant agricultural products processing enterprises.
