【摘要】：全球金融危機已經(jīng)過去了6年,這六年,每個國家都期待經(jīng)濟好轉(zhuǎn),就業(yè)機會增多,社會福利、社會回報會更周到。但是,到目前為止,金融危機所帶來的負面效應(yīng)還遠未消除,其影響依舊存在,依舊在世界范圍內(nèi)肆虐。凱士比泵上海有限公司在如此嚴峻的市場條件下,公司高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審時度勢,未雨綢繆,為保持其市場地位以及相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟效益,從公司的實際情況出發(fā),結(jié)合當(dāng)今世界的先進經(jīng)驗和管理方式,對公司內(nèi)部的管理進行改善。各種行之有效的管理方式有很多,其中,精益生產(chǎn)和六西格瑪都是切實可行的方法,當(dāng)今理論界在結(jié)合大量實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,推出了精益六西格瑪?shù)墓芾矸绞?它可以迅速改善企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況,能夠同步改善經(jīng)營指標,如：效率、質(zhì)量、以及成本,能夠盡可能地生產(chǎn)出客戶滿意的產(chǎn)品,創(chuàng)造價值。精益六西格瑪絕不是精益生產(chǎn)與六西格瑪?shù)暮唵味哑?而是有機的結(jié)合,相互補充,相得益彰。兩者的結(jié)合所產(chǎn)生的效益要遠遠超過單一的引入精益生產(chǎn)或者六西格瑪方式。文章旨在闡述對精益六西格瑪理論的一些理解,對其產(chǎn)生的淵源、歷史背景進行分析,對精益六西格瑪?shù)囊恍┫冗M工具,如：實驗設(shè)計等進行闡述。以此為基礎(chǔ),以上海凱士比泵有限公司為研究對象進行理論與實踐。首先,指出公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,從內(nèi)外兩方面對公司存在的主要問題進行分析。其次,提出以提高人均產(chǎn)值、提高效率、減少浪費、降低成本為目標,應(yīng)用精益六西格瑪?shù)睦砟詈凸ぞ邔镜倪\作流程進行改善,比較改善前后的變化,闡述精益六西格瑪?shù)南冗M理念和競爭優(yōu)勢,并且,在實際分析歐米伽泵生產(chǎn)的改善時,通過對車間的組織架構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理、人才培養(yǎng)、設(shè)備布局和持續(xù)改善五個方面進行優(yōu)化,打造出科學(xué)化的精益車間；并結(jié)合實際應(yīng)用,以#1032號銑刀改善為例,詳細說明實驗設(shè)計的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢以及在精益六西格瑪管理中的地位。同時,希望研究能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)改善活動起到一定的參考意義,對在企業(yè)實施精益六西格瑪活動的管理及技術(shù)人員有所幫助,形成一種創(chuàng)新、持續(xù)的改善思想。也希望通過此次研究,使凱士比泵上海有限公司在施行精益六西格瑪管理的過程中能夠獲得穩(wěn)定的技術(shù)支持,增加精益六西格瑪管理在實施改善活動中的成功率,從而提高其競爭力和生存力。
[Abstract]:Six years after the global financial crisis, every country expects a better economy, more jobs, better social welfare and better social returns. So far, however, the negative effects of the financial crisis are far from being eliminated. Under such severe market conditions, the senior leaders of Kesbee pump Shanghai Co., Ltd., judging the situation and making good plans ahead of time, set out from the actual situation of the company in order to maintain its market position and corresponding economic benefits. Combined with the world's advanced experience and management methods, to improve the internal management of the company. There are many effective management methods, among which lean production and six Sigma are feasible methods. It can quickly improve the business situation, can simultaneously improve the business indicators, such as: efficiency, quality, and cost, can produce as much as possible customer satisfaction products, create value. Lean six Sigma is not a simple pile of lean production and six Sigma, but an organic combination, complementary and mutually reinforcing. The benefits of the combination far outweigh the single introduction of lean production or six Sigma. The purpose of this paper is to expound the understanding of Lean six Sigma theory, to analyze its origin and historical background, and to expound some advanced tools of Lean six Sigma, such as experimental design. Based on this, the theory and practice of Shanghai Caspian pump Co., Ltd. Firstly, the paper points out the present situation of the company's production and management, and analyzes the main problems of the company from both internal and external aspects. Secondly, aiming at increasing the per capita output value, increasing efficiency, reducing waste and reducing cost, the paper puts forward the application of Lean six Sigma concept and tools to improve the operation process of the company, and compare the changes before and after the improvement. This paper expounds the advanced concept and competitive advantage of Lean six Sigma, and, when analyzing the improvement of omega pump production in practice, optimizes the workshop organization, production management, personnel training, equipment layout and continuous improvement. Create a scientific lean workshop; Taking the improvement of # 1032 milling cutter as an example, the advantages of experimental design and its position in Lean six Sigma management are described in detail. At the same time, it is hoped that the study will be helpful to the management and technical personnel of Lean six Sigma activities in enterprises, and form an innovative and continuous improvement idea. It is also hoped that through this study, Kesbee pump Shanghai Co., Ltd. can obtain stable technical support in the process of implementing Lean six Sigma Management, and increase the success rate of Lean six Sigma Management in the implementation of improvement activities.
