全面深化改革形勢下民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢探討

【摘要】：通過分析國內(nèi)民爆行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,對比發(fā)達國家同行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,深入探索全面深化改革形勢下民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。鑒于我國民爆行業(yè)長期呈現(xiàn)"小、散、低、亂"的局面,行業(yè)監(jiān)管頂層設計存在兼容性問題,在一定程度上阻礙了民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化舉步維艱,因此,民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游互聯(lián)在新的形勢下顯得尤為必要。根據(jù)市場規(guī)律,以混合經(jīng)濟為依托,充分整合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游優(yōu)勢資源,通過管理和技術(shù)手段逐步推進民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游各模塊數(shù)字化,最終實現(xiàn)民爆產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián),為國內(nèi)民爆行業(yè)在新形勢下實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation of civil explosive industry in China and comparing the development process of the same industry in developed countries, the development trend of civil explosive industry under the situation of comprehensive deepening reform is deeply explored. In view of the long-term "small, scattered, low and chaotic" situation in China's national explosive industry, there are compatibility problems in the top-level design of industry supervision, which to a certain extent hinder the development of the civil explosive industry and the informatization of the civil explosive industry is difficult, therefore, Civil explosion industry chain upstream and downstream interconnection in the new situation is particularly necessary. According to the law of the market, relying on the mixed economy, fully integrating the upstream and downstream advantage resources of the industrial chain, and gradually promoting the digitization of the upstream and downstream modules of the industrial chain through management and technical means, finally realizing the interconnection of the civil explosive industry. It lays the foundation for the domestic civil explosive industry to realize the industrial upgrading and development under the new situation.
