甘肅送變電工程公司ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國社會與經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,尤其是信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)及云技術(shù)的普及和運用,人類社會已經(jīng)全面進入信息化時代,經(jīng)濟全球化為全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來了難得的機遇,尤其是對電力工程施工企業(yè)也帶來了巨大的發(fā)展機遇及挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)工程(ERP)已廣泛的應(yīng)用到社會的各個行業(yè),為社會發(fā)展進步及企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新變革提供不竭的動力,對企業(yè)原有的組織架構(gòu)、管理層級和運營模式等方面產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。為全面貫徹落實國家電網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè)方案,實現(xiàn)“人力、財力、物力”的集約化,加快建設(shè)“一強三優(yōu)”現(xiàn)代企業(yè),就必須通過有效實施企業(yè)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)工程,來加速推進企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的全面發(fā)展。企業(yè)信息化已成為帶動企業(yè)各項工作創(chuàng)新點和企業(yè)升級改造的突破口,全面實施信息化是新形勢下送變電施工企業(yè)的必然趨勢和選擇。本文首先從國內(nèi)外信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究動態(tài),提出了主要研究內(nèi)容框架;其次,本文結(jié)合ERP系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論、送變電施工企業(yè)行業(yè)特點及甘肅送變電工程公司ERP系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,分析歸納甘肅送變電工程公司ERP系統(tǒng)存在的問題,主要表現(xiàn)在物資采購流程、工程項目轉(zhuǎn)資及系統(tǒng)主數(shù)據(jù)缺失等方面,最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化原則和方案,及ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案的實施步驟與保障措施。本文作者結(jié)合工作實踐,探索性提出甘肅送變電工程公司ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案,從而為甘肅送變電工程公司ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。同時,給其它送變電施工企業(yè)提供了有益的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our society and economy, especially the popularization and application of information network technology, big data and cloud technology, human society has entered the information age. Economic globalization brings rare opportunities for the development of global economy, especially for electric power engineering construction enterprises. Enterprise Resource Management Information system Engineering (ERP) has been widely used in various sectors of society, providing endless power for social development, progress and innovation of enterprises, and the original organizational structure of enterprises. Management levels and business models have had a huge impact. In order to fully implement the "three sets and five" system construction program of State Grid Company, realize the intensification of "human, financial and material resources", and accelerate the construction of "one strong, three excellent" modern enterprises, It is necessary to speed up the overall development of enterprise information construction through the effective implementation of enterprise resource management information system project. Enterprise informatization has become the innovation point of driving enterprises and the breakthrough of enterprise upgrading and transformation. The implementation of informatization is the inevitable trend and choice of power transmission and transformation construction enterprises under the new situation. Firstly, this paper puts forward the main research content frame from the research trend of information management system at home and abroad. Secondly, combined with the relevant theory of ERP system, the characteristics of power transmission construction enterprises and the current situation of ERP system in Gansu Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, the paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in ERP system of Gansu Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, which are mainly manifested in the procurement process of materials and materials. Finally, on the basis of this, the optimization principle and scheme of ERP system, the implementation steps and guarantee measures of ERP system optimization scheme are put forward. Combining with the work practice, the author puts forward the ERP system optimization scheme of Gansu Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, which lays a foundation for the ERP system optimization of Gansu Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company. At the same time, to other power transmission and transformation construction enterprises to provide useful reference and reference.
