【摘要】：中國與蒙古國兩國邊境貿(mào)易以礦產(chǎn)貿(mào)易為主體,實現(xiàn)了經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的快速提升和雙方共贏,但也暴露出一些問題。對于經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的中蒙兩國來說,借助雙邊的比較優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展是礦產(chǎn)貿(mào)易合作中的關(guān)鍵,要不斷加強中蒙兩國政府相關(guān)法規(guī)政策的協(xié)調(diào);改善礦產(chǎn)貿(mào)易合作方式;充分發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢,努力擴展雙方的礦產(chǎn)貿(mào)易往來;構(gòu)建兩國統(tǒng)一平臺,有效避免環(huán)境的破壞;建立長期的人員培養(yǎng)機制;促進雙方銀行結(jié)算的便利化。
[Abstract]:The border trade between China and Mongolia is dominated by mineral trade, which realizes the rapid promotion of economic and trade cooperation and the win-win situation between the two countries, but it also exposes some problems. For the rapid economic development of China and Mongolia, it is the key of mineral trade cooperation to achieve common development with the help of bilateral comparative advantage. It is necessary to constantly strengthen the coordination of the relevant laws and policies of the Chinese and Mongolian governments, and improve the mode of mineral trade cooperation. Give full play to comparative advantage, strive to expand the mineral trade between the two sides; build a unified platform between the two countries to effectively avoid environmental damage; establish a long-term personnel training mechanism; promote the facilitation of the settlement of both banks.
