【摘要】：正綜合計(jì)劃管理背景隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、電力體制改革的不斷深入,電力企業(yè)面臨的宏觀形勢和內(nèi)外部環(huán)境已經(jīng)發(fā)生深刻的變化,電力市場的競爭越來越激烈。計(jì)劃工作不再是固守體制,沿襲計(jì)劃模式,而是利用計(jì)劃的全局性、前瞻性,促進(jìn)企業(yè)效益的最佳實(shí)現(xiàn)。為適應(yīng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)化、精益化管理的需求,電力企業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)"分頭編制、各自側(cè)重"的專業(yè)管理向"戰(zhàn)略大計(jì)劃"
[Abstract]:With the development of national economic transformation and the deepening of electric power system reform, the macro situation and internal and external environment faced by electric power enterprises have undergone profound changes, and the competition in the electricity market is becoming more and more fierce. The planning work is no longer to stick to the system and follow the plan mode, but to make use of the overall situation and foresight of the plan to promote the best realization of the enterprise benefit. In order to meet the needs of enterprise collectivization and lean management, electric power enterprises are prepared separately from traditional "focus on" professional management to "strategic big plan".
