兗州煤業(yè)有限公司持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,煤炭行業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有不可替代的作用。目前,隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境的變化,我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),例如行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈、環(huán)境污染、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)嚴(yán)重削弱、企業(yè)利潤(rùn)下降等,如何在這樣的環(huán)境中保持長(zhǎng)久的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是每個(gè)企業(yè)必須考慮的問(wèn)題。兗州煤業(yè)股份有限公司作為我國(guó)重要的煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè),在煤炭能源領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要作用。近年來(lái)企業(yè)雖然加強(qiáng)了戰(zhàn)略管理的研究和應(yīng)用,但目前仍面臨著一系列問(wèn)題,表現(xiàn)在企業(yè)環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題、利潤(rùn)下降、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈簡(jiǎn)單、產(chǎn)品初級(jí)、組織人員結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題、資源整合問(wèn)題以及技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)落后問(wèn)題等,究其深處,這些問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生與公司缺乏可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)密不可分。因此企業(yè)只有構(gòu)建真正可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),才能解決公司面臨的一系列問(wèn)題并實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文從企業(yè)角度出發(fā),分析了企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)煤炭行業(yè)及兗州煤業(yè)有限公司的發(fā)展具有重要意義。首先,論文在能源產(chǎn)業(yè)正在慢慢深度轉(zhuǎn)型、行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈導(dǎo)致原有的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)不斷被削弱、我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展空間日趨收窄、環(huán)境整治問(wèn)題等背景出發(fā),提出了煤炭企業(yè)構(gòu)建持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的急迫性。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查法以充州煤業(yè)有限公司為例對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)所處的環(huán)境、兗州煤業(yè)有限公司優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。在對(duì)企業(yè)及環(huán)境概況了解的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了兗州煤業(yè)有限公司在目前經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下和未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)中的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的構(gòu)建方法:發(fā)揮企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì)、進(jìn)行企業(yè)資源整合、提高組織動(dòng)態(tài)能力、推進(jìn)企業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)新,并從轉(zhuǎn)變企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、增強(qiáng)組織動(dòng)態(tài)能力、提高企業(yè)資源整合能力以及建設(shè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)新型組織等方面探討了契合兗州煤業(yè)有限公司發(fā)展的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)實(shí)施方案,對(duì)企業(yè)持續(xù)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要意義。文章包含了7個(gè)部分:本文共分為七個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論,包含研究背景、研究意義,研究框架和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分是相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)企業(yè)持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的內(nèi)涵、特征、來(lái)源等相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分是針對(duì)兗州煤業(yè)有限公司外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行PEST分析和五力模型分析,同時(shí)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,指出兗州煤業(yè)有限公司目前所處環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和動(dòng)態(tài)性。第四部分是基于持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和特征對(duì)兗州煤業(yè)有限公司目前的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了構(gòu)建持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的必要性和重要性。第五部分是在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了兗州煤業(yè)有限公司持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的構(gòu)建策略。第六部分是兗州煤業(yè)有限公司持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)構(gòu)建方案的實(shí)施,根據(jù)兗州煤業(yè)有限公司具體狀況進(jìn)行分析并給出實(shí)施策略。第七部分為總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national economy, the coal industry plays an irreplaceable role in the sustainable development of our economy and society. At present, with the changes of the world economy and the environment of energy industry, our coal enterprises are facing severe challenges, such as the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, environmental pollution, the serious weakening of the location advantage, the decline of the profits of the enterprises, and so on. How to maintain lasting competitive advantage and realize sustainable development in such an environment is a problem that every enterprise must consider. Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as an important coal production enterprise in China, has played an important role in the economic development of coal energy field. In recent years, although enterprises have strengthened the research and application of strategic management, they are still faced with a series of problems, such as the environmental pollution of enterprises, the decline of profits, the simple industrial chain, the primary products and the organizational personnel structure. The problems of resource integration and technical and business backwardness are closely related to the lack of sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, enterprises can solve a series of problems and realize the sustainable development of enterprises only by constructing a truly sustainable competitive advantage. From the angle of enterprise, this paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise development, and constructs a sustainable competitive advantage suitable for enterprise development, which is of great significance to the development of coal industry and Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. First of all, the paper is slowly and deeply transforming the energy industry, and the competition within the industry is becoming more and more intense, which leads to the weakening of the original location advantage, the narrowing of the development space of the traditional energy industry in our country, and the environmental problems. The urgency of constructing sustainable competitive advantage of coal enterprises is put forward. Through the method of literature research, the author takes Chong Zhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd as an example to analyze the environment of coal enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in detail. Based on the understanding of the enterprise and the environment, this paper puts forward the construction method of the sustainable competitive advantage of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd in the current economic environment and in the future development trend: bring into play the strategic advantage of the enterprise and integrate the enterprise resources. Improve the dynamic ability of the organization, promote the innovation of enterprise value, change the development strategy of the enterprise, strengthen the dynamic ability of the organization, This paper discusses the implementation scheme of sustainable competitive advantage for Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., from the aspects of improving the ability of enterprise resource integration and building value innovative organization, which is of great significance to the sustainable long-term development of the enterprise. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, research framework and research methods, as well as innovation. The second part is the relevant theoretical basis, and analyzes the connotation, characteristics and sources of sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. The third part is to analyze the external environment of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. With PEST and five Force Model, and SWOT analysis, pointing out the complexity and dynamic of the environment of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The fourth part is based on the sustainable competitive advantage theory and characteristics of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. to analyze and summarize the current situation of sustainable competitive advantage, and on the basis of this analysis of the necessity and importance of building sustainable competitive advantage. The fifth part is on the basis of analysis, put forward the construction strategy of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The sixth part is the implementation of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd.'s sustainable competitive advantage construction scheme, according to Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The seventh part is the summary and prospect.
