【摘要】：文章根據(jù)1998-2014年我國制造業(yè)省級層面數(shù)據(jù),通過多部門增長核算法研究了全國及各地區(qū)制造業(yè)的勞動與資本配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應。實證結(jié)果表明我國制造業(yè)存在著一定程度的要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應,且要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應從2004年開始逐步由"結(jié)構(gòu)紅利"轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?結(jié)構(gòu)負利"。在分地區(qū)的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn):東北地區(qū)勞動與資本要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應均變?yōu)樨撝?制造業(yè)不斷衰落,河北與山西有可能會重蹈東北地區(qū)的覆轍;東部沿海地區(qū)要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應總體呈下降趨勢,重慶的要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應走勢趨近于東部沿海地區(qū);中部和西南地區(qū)要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應類似,兩者總體均呈下降的趨勢且滯后于東部沿海地區(qū);西北地區(qū)要素配置結(jié)構(gòu)效應較小,沒有明顯的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial level data of manufacturing industry in China from 1998 to 2014, this paper studies the effects of labor and capital allocation structure on manufacturing industry in China and other regions by means of multi-sector growth accounting method. The empirical results show that there exists a certain degree of factor allocation structure effect in China's manufacturing industry, and the factor allocation structure effect has gradually changed from "structural dividend" to "structural negative profit" since 2004. In the study of different regions, it is found that the structure effect of labor and capital factor allocation in Northeast region is negative, the manufacturing industry is declining, Hebei and Shanxi are likely to repeat the same mistakes in Northeast China; The factor allocation structure effect in the eastern coastal areas is in general decreasing, and the factor allocation structure effect in Chongqing tends to be closer to the eastern coastal area. The effect of factor configuration structure in the central and southwest regions is similar, both of them show a downward trend and lag behind those in the eastern coastal area, while the factor allocation structure effect in the northwest region is relatively small, but there is no obvious trend.
