大型裝備服務(wù)型制造項目管理的協(xié)同機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:服務(wù)型制造(Service-Oriented Manufacturing,以下簡稱SOM)是一種先進(jìn)的制造模式,是將制造與服務(wù)相互融合的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加深,大型裝備制造企業(yè)逐漸從傳統(tǒng)的裝備制造模式向SOM模式轉(zhuǎn)型。在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,大型裝備制造企業(yè)面臨目標(biāo)、信息、組織等諸多項目管理協(xié)同問題。如何構(gòu)建服務(wù)型制造項目的協(xié)同機(jī)制,實現(xiàn)服務(wù)型制造項目的協(xié)同管理,促使企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升,是當(dāng)前大型裝備制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型面臨的主要問題。本文在服務(wù)型制造和項目協(xié)同管理理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,對大型裝備服務(wù)型制造(Large Equipment Service-Oriented Manufacturing,簡稱LESOM)項目管理協(xié)同機(jī)制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。采用系統(tǒng)分析方法對LESOM產(chǎn)生的背景和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析,建立了LESOM模式。在闡述項目自組織沖突基礎(chǔ)上,分析了LESOM項目的協(xié)同管理需求,給出了LESOM項目協(xié)同管理模型思路。重點針對項目質(zhì)量、工期、成本與服務(wù)等多目標(biāo)協(xié)同問題,基于改進(jìn)的合同網(wǎng)模型,引入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)度系數(shù),建立了項目質(zhì)量、工期、成本與服務(wù)的多目標(biāo)協(xié)同機(jī)制。針對LESOM全生命周期過程中的信息協(xié)同問題,在信息流分析基礎(chǔ)上,建立了基于信息共享平臺項目信息協(xié)同機(jī)制。研究內(nèi)容經(jīng)過實例應(yīng)用,具有有效性。本文研究的LESOM模式、LESOM項目協(xié)同管理模型、多目標(biāo)協(xié)同機(jī)制及信息協(xié)同機(jī)制,為企業(yè)服務(wù)型制造項目實現(xiàn)整體協(xié)同提供了新的思路和方法,對大型裝備制造企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Service manufacturing (SOM for short) is an advanced manufacturing model and a new industrial form that integrates manufacturing and service. With the deepening of global economic integration, large equipment manufacturing enterprises are gradually transforming from the traditional equipment manufacturing mode to the SOM model. In the process of transformation, large equipment manufacturing enterprises face many problems of project management coordination, such as goal, information, organization and so on. How to construct the cooperative mechanism of service-oriented manufacturing projects, realize the collaborative management of service-oriented manufacturing projects, and promote the core competitiveness of enterprises are the main problems facing the transformation of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises. Based on the theory of service-oriented manufacturing and project collaborative management, this paper systematically studies the cooperative mechanism of large-scale equipment service-oriented manufacturing (LESOM) project management. The background and content of LESOM are analyzed by system analysis method, and the LESOM model is established. Based on the analysis of project self-organization conflict, this paper analyzes the requirement of collaborative management of LESOM project, and gives the idea of collaborative management model of LESOM project. Aiming at the multi-objective coordination problems such as project quality, duration, cost and service, based on the improved contract net model, the coordination coefficient is introduced, and the multi-objective coordination mechanism of project quality, duration, cost and service is established. Aiming at the problem of information collaboration in the whole life cycle of LESOM, a project information collaboration mechanism based on information sharing platform is established on the basis of information flow analysis. The research content has been applied by an example and has been proved to be effective. The LESOM model, the LESOM project collaborative management model, the multi-objective cooperative mechanism and the information collaborative mechanism studied in this paper provide new ideas and methods for the enterprise service-oriented manufacturing project to realize the overall collaboration. It provides technical support for the transformation and upgrading of large equipment manufacturing enterprises.
