PS公司創(chuàng)業(yè)階段發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of global biotechnology, biotechnology industry has become a new pillar of the national economy and national strategic industry. As a biotechnology company, PS Company has welcomed a good development opportunity in the entrepreneurial stage, but the enterprise resources are limited. Market development is difficult, strategic research has important theoretical value and practical significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concepts and theories of enterprise growth and enterprise strategic management by using literature research method, and reviews the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, using the case analysis method to analyze the growth experience and development status of PS Company, and on this basis, combined with the entrepreneurial stage of enterprise growth theory, to explore the strategic management problems faced in the process of development of the company. Thirdly, the external macro environment and industry environment of PS Company are analyzed by using PEST analysis and Porter's five Force Model, and the internal resources and capabilities of the company are also analyzed. Then, the paper synthetically analyzes the external opportunities and threats, internal advantages and disadvantages faced by PS company by using SWOT analysis tools, and puts forward the important idea of the growth development strategy as the inevitable choice of PS company. Combined with the characteristics of entrepreneurial stage, a three-step development strategy with technology as the core is constructed. Finally, this paper formulates the company strategy implementation strategy, by focusing on the main industry to shape the brand, the introduction of talent building team, the integration of resources to open up the market, adhere to innovation-driven growth strategy to ensure that the company's overall strategy is effectively implemented. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the development of PS Company and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the establishment and scientific management of biotechnology enterprises in China.
