基于夏普利值的中壓配電網(wǎng)擴(kuò)建費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偡椒?/H1>

【摘要】：電力市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下配電網(wǎng)投資必須由接入其中的各方承擔(dān),公平合理的費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偡桨甘桥潆娋W(wǎng)健康有序發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容之一。提出一種基于夏普利值與最優(yōu)潮流結(jié)合的費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偡椒�。首先借助最�?yōu)潮流,確定在靈活可控配網(wǎng)中,由于分布式電源、負(fù)荷接入引起的最小擴(kuò)建費(fèi)用;再利用夏普利值對(duì)各方影響進(jìn)行加權(quán)平均,進(jìn)而確定費(fèi)用分?jǐn)偡桨�。以北京市延慶地區(qū)為藍(lán)本設(shè)計(jì)算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,對(duì)一般負(fù)荷、電動(dòng)汽車、光伏接入后各方所應(yīng)承擔(dān)的費(fèi)用進(jìn)行了分析。算例表明,所提方法能反映接入要素的類型、接入位置、容量、可控性等多個(gè)因素的影響。當(dāng)接入方具有抑制主變過負(fù)載、電壓越限、可靈活調(diào)節(jié)等屬性時(shí),可降低其接入費(fèi)用,從而證明了該方法能夠有效構(gòu)成經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)。
[Abstract]:The distribution network investment must be borne by the parties involved in the power market environment. A fair and reasonable cost-sharing scheme is one of the important contents of the healthy and orderly development of the distribution network. A cost allocation method based on the combination of Sharpley value and optimal power flow is proposed. Firstly, with the help of optimal power flow, the minimum expansion cost due to distributed power generation and load access is determined in a flexible and controllable distribution network, and then the weighted average of the influence of Sharpley value is used to determine the cost allocation scheme. Taking Yanqing area of Beijing as an example, the cost of general load, electric vehicle and photovoltaic system is analyzed. An example shows that the proposed method can reflect the types of access elements, access location, capacity, controllability and other factors. When the accessor has the properties of restraining the overload of the main transformer, exceeding the voltage limit and adjusting flexibly, the access cost can be reduced, which proves that the method can effectively constitute the economic incentive.
