【摘要】：本文結合加拿大礦業(yè)類上市公司的特點,總結和歸納了礦業(yè)類上市公司可使用的主要融資方式和金融工具。重點從上市公司層面和項目層面兩個方面歸納總結了可選擇的融資方式和金融工具,并對每種融資方式和金融工具使用的條件和環(huán)境進行了簡單介紹。證券市場既為勘查類企業(yè)提供符合行業(yè)特點的融資方式、手段和工具,同時也拓展了此類公司控制風險和建立信用的渠道。本文中提及的加拿大礦業(yè)類上市公司所使用的融資方式和工具相對成熟,是在我國未來多層次資本市場建設中可以學習和借鑒的。
[Abstract]:Combined with the characteristics of Canadian mining listed companies, this paper summarizes the main financing methods and financial instruments that can be used by mining listed companies. This paper mainly summarizes the optional financing methods and financial instruments from the two aspects of listed company and project level, and briefly introduces the conditions and environment of each kind of financing methods and the use of financial instruments. The securities market not only provides the exploration enterprises with financing methods, means and tools that accord with the characteristics of the industry, but also expands the channels of controlling risks and establishing credit for such companies. The financing methods and tools used by Canadian mining listed companies mentioned in this paper are relatively mature, which can be learned and used for reference in China's future multi-level capital market construction.
