【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界的主要特征,在這樣一個(gè)時(shí)代背景下,使得各國(guó)的資、技術(shù)、人才等要素更加自由地在全球流動(dòng),使自己能更加充分地利用各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源來(lái)促進(jìn)自身經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,在促進(jìn)全球市場(chǎng)繁榮的同時(shí),當(dāng)然了也加劇了各企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),為了能保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)都加強(qiáng)了對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的培育研究。面對(duì)這樣一個(gè)時(shí)代,我國(guó)制造業(yè)在利用這一時(shí)機(jī)獲得高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨著更大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。如何能使自己保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我們需要加強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力即可持續(xù)能力發(fā)展的培育研究。文正是通過(guò)了解經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的特征,著力研究經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化下可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培育的研究,分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對(duì)我國(guó)制造業(yè)帶來(lái)的好的和不好的影響,剖析了我國(guó)制造業(yè)在可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培育方面存在的問(wèn)題,研究了可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培育對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展的作用,并就可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的培育提出了培育的目標(biāo)、路徑和方法希望對(duì)中國(guó)的制造業(yè)能有借鑒意義和幫助。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has become a major feature of the world today. Against this background of the times, capital, technology, talent and other elements of various countries flow more freely around the world. To enable them to make full use of their respective advantages and resources to promote their own economic development, while promoting the prosperity of the global market, of course, it also intensifies competition among enterprises, in order to maintain sustainable development, Enterprises both at home and abroad have strengthened the research on sustainable development and the cultivation of sustainable development ability. Facing such an era, China's manufacturing industry is facing greater competition while taking advantage of this opportunity to achieve rapid development. How to maintain sustainable development, we need to strengthen the core competitiveness of sustainable development research. It is through understanding the characteristics of economic globalization to study the cultivation of sustainable development ability under economic globalization, and analyzing the good and bad effects of economic globalization on our manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of sustainable development ability of Chinese manufacturing industry, studies the role of the cultivation of sustainable development ability on the development of enterprises, and puts forward the goal of cultivating sustainable development ability. Path and method hope to have reference meaning and help to Chinese manufacturing industry.
