【摘要】：2005年,我國(guó)制定的"國(guó)油國(guó)運(yùn)"政策對(duì)我國(guó)油輪運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。該政策雖然給國(guó)內(nèi)油品運(yùn)輸企業(yè)帶來(lái)了發(fā)展紅利,但是不可避免的存在一些需要解決的問(wèn)題。本文首先介紹了我國(guó)油輪運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;其次從利弊兩方面分析了"國(guó)油國(guó)運(yùn)"政策對(duì)我國(guó)油輪運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)生的影響;最后針對(duì)產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響提出了一些對(duì)策建議,以期能實(shí)現(xiàn)"國(guó)油國(guó)運(yùn)"政策下我國(guó)油輪運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 2005, the policy of "national oil transportation" made by our country had a profound influence on the tanker transportation industry in China. Although this policy has brought the development dividend to the domestic oil product transportation enterprises, there are inevitably some problems to be solved. This paper first introduces the present situation of oil tanker transportation industry in China; secondly, analyzes the influence of "national oil transportation" policy on oil tanker transportation in China from the two aspects of pros and cons; finally, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the negative impact. The purpose is to realize the healthy development of tanker transportation industry under the policy of "national oil transportation".
