中國30個(gè)省域建筑業(yè)—經(jīng)濟(jì)—資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)連年緩慢增長的大背景下,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)中有增。這是由眾多因素共同決定的,其中,建筑業(yè)的作用不可小覷。建筑業(yè)歷來是資源環(huán)境、城市化、就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長等各種社會經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的焦點(diǎn),尤其與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、資源環(huán)境息息相關(guān)。近年來,建筑業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系引起廣泛關(guān)注,同時(shí)建筑業(yè)對資源和環(huán)境的高消耗亦日益受到重視。因此,正確處理省域建筑業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源環(huán)境間的平衡關(guān)系,促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和資源環(huán)境間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前需要著力研究和解決的重要課題之一。本文以中國30個(gè)省域建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境系統(tǒng)作為研究對象,同時(shí)為避免單一年份的特殊性,把握近年來建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境的動態(tài)演變規(guī)律,選取了2005-2013年最近9年的時(shí)間跨度進(jìn)行分析。首先,在對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于建筑業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源環(huán)境相互作用關(guān)系的研究成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理及評述的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了建筑業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)作用機(jī)理,建立評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用變異系數(shù)法、線性加權(quán)和法等定量方法,系統(tǒng)地計(jì)算了建筑業(yè)綜合發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合發(fā)展水平、資源環(huán)境綜合質(zhì)量水平,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度模型,測度了各省域建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度。其次,對測度結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析評價(jià)。首先對中國整體、六個(gè)區(qū)域、30個(gè)省域2005-2013年的建筑業(yè)綜合發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合發(fā)展水平、資源環(huán)境綜合質(zhì)量水平及建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度從時(shí)間序列進(jìn)行分析,探究其變化態(tài)勢,進(jìn)而從空間上分析30個(gè)省域建筑業(yè)綜合發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合發(fā)展水平、資源環(huán)境綜合質(zhì)量水平及三者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度的空間分布特征,以期為建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展決策提供參考和借鑒。最后,采用灰色預(yù)測模型,以2005-2013年中國30個(gè)省域建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度測度結(jié)果作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用GM(1,1)模型,對其協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度進(jìn)行了未來5年的預(yù)測,并從中國整體、六大區(qū)域、30個(gè)省域三個(gè)層面對預(yù)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,多方位探究了我國建筑業(yè)-經(jīng)濟(jì)-資源環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the slow growth of the global economy, China's economic growth has increased. This is determined by many factors, among which, the role of the construction industry can not be underestimated. Construction industry has always been the focus of resources and environment, urbanization, employment, economic growth and other social and economic issues, especially closely related to economic development, resources and environment. In recent years, the relationship between construction industry and economic development has attracted wide attention, and the high consumption of resources and environment has been paid more and more attention to. Therefore, it is one of the most important issues that need to be studied and solved that how to correctly deal with the balance relationship between the construction industry and economy, resources and environment, and to promote the harmonious development of construction industry, economic growth and resources and environment. In order to avoid the particularity of a single year, the dynamic evolution law of construction industry, economy and resource environment in 30 provinces of China is studied in this paper, in order to avoid the particularity of a single year, the dynamic evolution of the construction industry, economy and resources environment in recent years is grasped. The time span of the last 9 years from 2005 to 2013 is analyzed. First of all, on the basis of systematically combing and commenting on the research results of the interaction between construction industry and economy, resources and environment at home and abroad, this paper probes into the coordination mechanism of construction industry and economy, resources and environment, and establishes the evaluation index system. By using quantitative methods such as coefficient of variation method and linear weighted sum method, the comprehensive development level of construction industry, the level of comprehensive economic development and the comprehensive quality level of resources and environment are calculated systematically, on the basis of which the coordinated development degree model is combined. The degree of coordinated development of construction industry, economy and resource environment in each province is measured. Secondly, the measurement results are analyzed and evaluated. Firstly, the comprehensive development level of construction industry, the level of comprehensive economic development, the level of comprehensive quality of resources and environment and the degree of coordinated development of construction industry, economy and resource environment in the whole, six regions and 30 provinces of China from 2005 to 2013 are analyzed from the time series. This paper probes into its changing situation, and then analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the comprehensive development level of the construction industry in 30 provinces, the comprehensive development level of the economy, the comprehensive quality level of the resources and the environment and the degree of coordinated development among the three provinces from a spatial perspective. In order to provide reference and reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry-economy-resources-environment system. Finally, based on the results of the coordinated development of construction industry, economy, resources and environment in 30 provinces of China from 2005 to 2013, the grey forecasting model is used to forecast the degree of coordinated development in the next five years by using GM (1t1) model. The forecast results are analyzed from the whole of China, six regions and 30 provinces, and the development trend of the coordinated development of construction industry, economy and resources environment in China is explored.
