【摘要】:人力資源管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,人力資源的優(yōu)劣直接決定了企業(yè)競爭的勝負(fù)。員工培訓(xùn)又是人力資源管理中的重要組成部分,并且員工培訓(xùn)已經(jīng)受到越來越多的企業(yè)管理者的高度重視。因此,企業(yè)在開展培訓(xùn)工作時,有必要關(guān)注員工自我發(fā)展的同時,充分的滿足市場的需求,從而讓培訓(xùn)工作能夠符合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。在大部分的企業(yè)中,為了能夠顯著提升自身的核心競爭力,往往會加強(qiáng)對現(xiàn)有員工的培訓(xùn),以此來讓人才更加堅(jiān)定的服務(wù)于企業(yè)。企業(yè)人才素質(zhì)的提高,與其培訓(xùn)工作的投入和力度是息息相關(guān)的,尤其是較為緊俏的人才更是不可或缺,當(dāng)企業(yè)意識到自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展需要得到人才的全面保障時,就會在培訓(xùn)工作的開展過程中不斷加大投入力度,以期通過這樣的方式來不斷提升在市場環(huán)境中的競爭能力。通過何種手段來確保培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量的提高,并且保障員工對先進(jìn)知識技能的全面掌握和充分應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)成為了企業(yè)人力資源管理工作中面臨的一個嚴(yán)峻問題,目前企業(yè)都在努力的尋找更加合理的有效的培訓(xùn)方案。本文針對DKDH公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀深入分析企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)需求,針對該企業(yè)在進(jìn)行員工培訓(xùn)時所面臨的問題進(jìn)行了分析并找出問題的癥結(jié),全面借鑒人力資源領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論知識及DKDH公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求,提出適合實(shí)際的具有可操作性的員工培訓(xùn)計劃,希望能夠在此計劃的支持下,將該公司員工的整體素質(zhì)和在其行業(yè)市場中的核心競爭力顯著提升,同時將個體員工的自我發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)與企業(yè)培訓(xùn)的全面結(jié)合,從而確保員工的自我發(fā)展需求能夠得以滿足,激勵員工提高培訓(xùn)積極性和主動性,培養(yǎng)員工不斷更新自身的觀念,學(xué)習(xí)新技術(shù)新知識,從而適應(yīng)組織要求的較高工作水平,通過對職工素質(zhì)的全面提高,滿足企業(yè)對現(xiàn)有人才的儲備需求,而這對企業(yè)的茁壯成長也能夠發(fā)揮強(qiáng)大的促進(jìn)作用,同時也成為了企業(yè)獲取市場競爭優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)保障,從而確保了企業(yè)和員工的共同發(fā)展。本文通過對科學(xué)性研究方法的全面應(yīng)用,在企業(yè)開展的職工培訓(xùn)方面進(jìn)行了深入分析和研究,所用到的培訓(xùn)理論知識以及分析方法可作為同行業(yè)其它競爭對手展開員工培訓(xùn)的借鑒。企業(yè)開展員工培訓(xùn),不僅滿足員工的自我發(fā)展需求,也能夠大幅提升企業(yè)的競爭力,同時對提升企業(yè)在外部環(huán)境中的適應(yīng)能力,員工素質(zhì)滿足員工自我成長的需要和提高組織績效都有著至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Human resource management is an important part of modern enterprise management. Staff training is an important part of human resource management, and staff training has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to pay attention to the self-development of employees while fully meeting the needs of the market, so that the training can be in line with the strategy of enterprise development. In most enterprises, in order to significantly enhance their core competitiveness, they often strengthen the training of existing staff, so as to make the talent more firm in the service of the enterprise. The improvement of enterprise talent quality is closely related to the input and strength of its training work, especially the more scarce talents are indispensable. When enterprises realize that their sustainable development needs the overall protection of talents, In order to improve the competitive ability in the market environment, we will increase the investment in the process of training. How to ensure the improvement of training quality, and to ensure the full mastery and application of advanced knowledge and skills, has become a serious problem in the human resource management of enterprises. At present, enterprises are trying to find more reasonable and effective training programs. According to the development situation of DKDH Company, this paper deeply analyzes the training needs of the enterprise, analyzes the problems faced by the enterprise in the course of employee training, and finds out the crux of the problem. Drawing on the relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources and the development strategy requirements of DKDH Company, this paper puts forward a practical and operable employee training plan, and hopes that it can be supported by this plan. The overall quality of the company's employees and their core competitiveness in the industry market are significantly enhanced, while the self-development of individual employees is fully integrated with enterprise training to ensure that the self-development needs of employees can be met. To encourage employees to improve their enthusiasm and initiative in training, to train them to constantly update their own concepts, to learn new technology and knowledge, and to adapt to the higher working level required by the organization, and to improve the quality of workers and staff in an all-round way. To meet the existing talent reserve needs of enterprises, which can also play a strong role in promoting the healthy growth of enterprises, but also become the basic guarantee for enterprises to obtain market competitive advantages, thus ensuring the common development of enterprises and employees. Through the comprehensive application of scientific research methods, this paper makes a thorough analysis and research on the staff training carried out by enterprises. The theoretical knowledge and analytical methods used in the training can be used as a reference for other competitors in the same industry to conduct employee training. The development of employee training can not only meet the self-development needs of employees, but also greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, at the same time, it can enhance the adaptability of enterprises in the external environment. The quality of employees to meet the needs of their own growth and improve organizational performance plays a vital role.
